These floating shelves are real wood and feel very sturdy. They came with a mini level and a paper template for the screws, which made the installatino perfectly straight on the first try

Excellent products, bad service
Excellent products - I spent over 400£ here on bathroom shelves. Really can't complain about the quality of the product but the services are abysmal. Shipping information on the page is unclear, customer support is slow and often unresponsive. I have been waiting for a refund for almost two months and have to keep chasing it. Teebooks keep blaming Amex but really I don't care. Their interest should be to solve this for their customer without even mentioning whatever backend processes. But since they did bring it up I will say this: I get refunds on my Amex from other retailers all the time, they land within 24 hours usually. So, why Teebooks is fussing around with Amex for two months is beyond me.

Missed delivery the first attempt.
When I ordered my shelves, I didn’t know they were being shipped from abroad. But, they were still delivered pretty quick. I wasn’t happy with the first delivery attempt, which I missed, even though I was at home. But the rearranged delivery was helpful, and I received my order.
