I ordered a large according to the sizing chart and the shirt was 4" smaller in the width and 2" shorter in the length. You can't just return, you have to exchange and pay for the shipping.

I accidentally ordered 2 shirts. I tried to cancel and received an email this morning as to how to cancel. I tried and the response I got was it has already gone to print. Even though they got my cancelation notice. I can't find a way to call or to write anything in a comment box. sorry I ordered from this company and I won't do it again

Great quality shirts that are true to American sizes. I ordered a large because most shirts on line come from China and run small, this was huge! But my exchange process was smooth and I will be getting a size Med in a few days! Great company!

Do NOT waste your money! I ordered a simply cute t-shirt. It came with a serious misprint (white area at the shoulders). I complained and they reprinted and sent a second one....Even WORSE print job (larger unprinted area). Now, unable to contact them for a refund. More than willing to send back the messed up prints.

Terrible cheap product. The size is way off. I ordered a medium because I followed their sizing chart. It is an extra large and super wide! Cannot get anyone to answer me through emails. DO NOT BUY! I paid over $35 for a cheap shirt I will never be able to wear!

Having to initiate a dispute through PayPal because I cannot seem to get a shirt returned. Shirt was of poor quality and not at all true to size.

They just can't seem to print what I ordered. They have tried 3 times to get it right but unfortunately they don't seem to read what I say is wrong and they don't read the order form as what I receive is nothing like what I ordered.
I now give up and just say waste of money

Tried to cancel an order after ordering 2 of the same thing twice (1st order confirmation didn’t come through). Sent the cancellation through 2 minutes after I realised the error but they refused to cancel my order. Customer service is horrendous and only wished I had read some of these reviews before I placed an order!

Still arguing with these people ! Will not refund the $70 for two pair of the cheapest, see through, terrible quality and the worst sizing ever women's leggings. These people should be in jail ! Oh, and I'm not done with them either ! The absolute worst !!

Waste your money on the worst product on the market and hope you get it for the right price. They overcharge and it turned out our product was completely trash that someone found in a dumpster for $25.00!!! Domt shop here

I’m reading all these bad reviews and no I have not received or heard anything from them about my order, all these complaints WHY ??? Are they still allowed to advertise products for sale.BUY BUT DONT RECEIVE COMPANY should be their name👎

Sad, sad, sad... Ordered a shirt, and expected it to look like what was advertised. A seemingly novel concept in the day of e-commerce... After receiving product, it was clearly not what was advertised. Image was huge, and totally out of place. Customer service was quick to reprint and send again, which is admirable. What do you know, they sent the exact same shirt again. Truly is a shame as they sell some kind of neat stuff, but what good is it if they can't send the right stuff to the consumer a.k.a, THE ONES WHO PAY FOR YOUR PRODUCT?! You guys need to get all your stuff in the same sock and deliver what you advertise! Will not attempt another venture with this company, I've got better things to do with my time. I'm reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission, they serve no one's good interests. Maybe snapfish can make it happen for the win.

I too would not give this company even one star! Terrible customer service and no one seems to be on the same page. Heard from five different people over three weeks of emails. Product is NOT what is advertised. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Placed a $70+ order November 17 to use as a Christmas present. The $70+ was taken out of my charge account on November 18 and it's now December 27 and nothing. Now am trying to cancel order.

Ordered a pair of French bulldog 3 pocket leggings for 34$ money got taken out immediately, no receipt. Read reviews and attempted to cancel my order no response. Called credit card company to stop payment once I did this I got a receipt with shipping details . I just received the pants I ordered a size large looks like they won’t fit a Barbie doll and look like a 2$ pair of leggings from Walmart oh and they have no pockets . Not what I ordered awful to try and contact ( no phone number ) awful company ! What a scam buyer beware !

Help me!!! I returned 2 shirts weeks ago for wrong sizes. I haven't heard or seen anything; except I see my card has been charged. I really like the shirts, but am not impressed with the customer service. Shortly I will contact my card customer service.

The absolute worst !! Paid $70 for two pair of womens leggings, received one pair and they maintain I received two ?? Size LG would not fit a 6 year old. I ordered due to the leggings having German Shepherds on them. Multiple emails to no avail. They also will not give a phone number. They should be in jail. Crooks, BIG TIME !!

I cannot believe I am still dealing with this company. In November I ordered a shirt. When It arrived it had a word misspelled. After many emails and loads of claim #'s, I finally received another shirt today, Dec. 21. IT ARRIVED WITH THE SAME MISSPELLED WORD. I can't find a phone number to call so I am now calling my credit card company to see what can be done.

If I could give this company less than one star I would. This is a HORRIBLE company and DO NOT order from them.

I placed an order on November 4th and when I had not received my package by November 26th (well after the 10 days) I requested my order be cancelled since they failed to meet their commitment. They were quick to respond to tell me they could not offer a refund because my order was being processed but that it would be shipped soon.

On DECEMBER 8th when my order still had not been received I contacted the company again and they told me my order had been lost. I again asked for my order to be cancelled and they told me they could not cancel the order. I then asked for a PHONE NUMBER for management, and surprise- my last SIX emails have gone unanswered.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I am not sure how they are able to be in business pulling things like this.. but, please do not give them any more business.

We ordered on November 23 paid nearly $70.00 dollars on 2 sweatshirts. Teeanimals stated that the order would be shipped in 5-10 business days. Here it is Dec 7, 2018 (11 business days). Just got confirmation order Dec 5, 2018 shows it was shipped BUT DHL SHOWS IT NOT ARRIVING UNTIL DEC 11, 2018 ((( 13 DAYS ))).. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
