Terrible customer service and zero accountability for damaged goods.
I placed an order where their fulfillment team packed a heavy injector box right next to a soft bag of tobacco, piercing the package and completely ruining the product with dryness.
When I brought it up, their support team (TED Support) completely missed the point, argued about timestamps and time zones, and then tried to hide behind a rigid, unreasonable RMA policy to avoid taking responsibility for a warehouse packing error. Instead of offering a replacement or a refund for the product they destroyed, they blamed me for not filing paperwork fast enough while ignoring the photographic evidence entirely.
Terrible quality control, careless packing, and worse customer service. Save your money and buy from a company that actually stands behind what they sell.
