Having to screw all the feet on takes forever. It would be better if all the feet were already pre screwed on.

-no english language on the tectake.es website
-not possible to enter invoice data for a belgian company

I ordered on 19.3. from the website and it said that the delivery will be made within 1-2 days. Now on 27.3. I still haven‘t received my parcel. The customer service also hasn‘t replied to my email. We had a 30th birthday and really needed them already yesterday. Now I received the email to do a review. The customer experience doesn‘t add up here. Its frustrating.

You’ve literally robbed me. Taken my money and not delivered the massage table to my house. I have been to every every neighbour in my complex and no one has seen it and your delivery person marked it as delivered without delivering it or asking for my name. I have tried to get in contact like 6 times to get a responds from you and my money back and I have had no luck. Absolutely criminal robbery.

This is a very reliable and attentive company. The little olive tree is delightful, it may not be real, but it is green and bushy and beautiful, and from a distance could be the real thing. It is very decorative. The company was in touch, right from start, and the delivery was exactly as promised. Thank you for a great service.

Very pleased with my recent purchase. There was a problem with the initial item having bren damaged during shipment. I contacted Customer Service, and their resolution was prompt, courteous, and entirely satisfactory. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

This company is a scam! They will not deliver your parcels and not refund your money!

A great product easy to assemble and loved the look.

GLS dis not deliver the chairs to my house.
I had to GLS Mijas, GLS Malaga, GLS Cartama. I transport the cheirs from Cartama to Mijas. It is not delivery free of chanrge. The GLS was laying, that they did nit have my adress. It was not true. Many other custumers were writing the same. GLS dib nit deliver. I had to spend 5 hours to find my chairs. Never agaig!

Love the great design of these products. Everything is in perfect place to make assembly easy and relatively foolproof.

They take extremely long time to ship products. Expected times of delivery are false. No replies from customer service.

Ordered an item, 1 to 2 business days for delivery. It is day 10 now and "almost there" but they have been saying that for 5 days already.

Update: Day 22 and still no product or response. Criminal.
