If you are looking for a company that gives so-so- service, keep looking. But if you like people who know their technical voodoo and go above and beyond to help you with your website, Techsurgeons is the company you want.

Brought a 42" Panasonic LED TV that I received 2 days later. Box was marked yet the TV and contents in excellent condition.
Great follow up by TechSurgeons to check all was OK.
Proceeded to then get a BlueRay PVR and sound system. All good value with service that I would normally expect if I walked into a high street shop.

Bought a 42" Panasonic 3d TV dead on arrival no reply to email or telephone 4 days now - drama continues - 2nd TV delivered after involving visa- TNT managed to destroy the TV in transit - Now gone to no communication back from them and have a TV in my lounge 20 days later and no sign off collection , the only bonus is we can dispose of the item after 21 days as TV Doa and spoke to them the day it arrived with TNT in my lounge to arrange for them to collect it.
Take your money elsewhere service levels like this is not worth saving a few quid for.

I bought a Samsung 60 inch 3d tv and it was delivered within two days. They even called up in the evening. Good service!
