Purchased Technogym myrun. Machine failed after a year. 5+ engineer visits, multiple replaced parts made the machine worse. Months of chasing on email to get it resolved, I was eventually accused of having spilt an unidentified liquid on the machine off the back of someone in Italy reviewing photos (?!) without any evidence to support. Still unresolved as yet. Strongly advise anyone considering purchasing an item to reconsider. Avoid this company and all of its products - I certainly will be.

Purchased the Technogym Run a £10,000 waiting for feedback for the 5-year extra warranty I'm left with a huge nightmare the treadmill was installed by the team in my garage now they are blaming my garage for the faults with the treadmill it's a 1-year-old machine hardly ever used when I spoke to them on the phone I clarified where the machine is going because my wife wouldn't let me put in the living room due to noise levels it makes now I'm left with £4,000 quote to fix the machine is not even my fault (heated garage) hopefully they conclude to resolve my problem because I will be taking this further because I don't feel very happy so far with customer service I have been dealt with in the past they have been good I have elliptical and had the my run thinking of purchasing the Technogym personal bike but the way this is going on I don't think I would recommend anyone to buy there equipment I'm not sure, the stress this caused me its unreal father of 5 five children fill like losing my hair over this

It is impossible to reach them despite I have tried and waited for more than 30 minutes and the phone. Called back and I was told that someone would have called me back.
One week is passed and I am still waiting. What an awful service!!!! Honestly this is really appalling!!!

Been a technogym customer from my independent fitness studio for 4 years now, was miss sold an expensive it of kit that couldn’t do what I was told by a sales rep. Was made to wait for delivery in between Christmas and new year at my gym. When delivered I was told the installation team won’t be here because it’s Christmas. Absolute joke. This was 2 years ago and I’m still waiting my compensation from the company. I’ve finally been given a token gesture of the amount I e paid to use the company’s digital product after I had very clearly told the company I didn’t want the bit of kit after the first 30 days ( took that long because I had to wait 2 weeks before a member of staff was set out to assist me ) .
They have continued to ignore my request from 2 years ago and keep on saying a refund is on its way for the digital element. My sales rep keeps on saying “ yeah it’s getting sorted “

They don't give any service. I'm having a lot of trouble getting the Rouvy software to work on this Technogym Ride. First bike did not work upon delivery, errors on the screen and screen freeze. Technician would contact me, but only after many calls and emails I get respons. I have now received a replacement. But I have questions about software (activating account), but they don't answer, promis to call back etc but don't call.
Ive bought in portugal . Mr moises was extremely kind and organized . The technicians are fast and proactives . I strongly recommend the product.

Purchased 40 000 worth of equipment. The delivery was a nightmare - did not know the equipment, hit three trees coming to my property, did not have all the stuff ordered, still waiting for screws. Sold me PLYo boxes for 4000 dollars after looking at my space and did not have enough room. Never received onboarding email. Asking for help but no help. Terribl company. Dr. Simoncic

Absolutely terrible customer service. You pay thousands of pounds for their products. I then ask for a repair of a treadmill and pay in advance for it to be repaired. It's been weeks and still no repair. For a premium brand you expect good customer service, and your products to actually be repaired. Do not use, their customer service is absolutely atrocious.

Three different quality issues. Sensor broken, no connectivity and then sudden stops during run disabled me to use the treadmill for weeks. Used to have a horizon and was super happy. Wanted and upgrade which turned out to be an downgrade. The service is super friendly, but very slow and technically not competent. I couldn't use the treadmill for several weeks. We don't have enough people as a reason on the service hotline. This suggest there is a lot more issues out there. Looks great, but quality is mediocre unfortunately.

small sample size, my gym has a technogym hamstring stretch machine, simple design, does what it's designed to do,BUT not a very good machine, doesn't work very well, has always been poor quality, and when it broke 4 weeks ago the part is on back order. I get it ever since covid parts are harder to come bvy and many manufactures have gone out of business. But if you sell a product or machine you should be able to provide reasonable service, including parts. 4 weeks now still on back order. Small sample size one machine, but something isn't nothing. You have a choice for all your purchases, I would strongly encourage you to select an alternative gym equipment source. Their ratings have been consistantly poor and now I see why.

I'm absolutly happy with the decision to buy a Technogym. The design is really good. It looks high-quality and is relativly quiet. The app also works as expected. It's a real motivation for training.
My Jog Forma Treadmill completely failed two years and a couple of months after purchase after pretty light weight usage(ie out of warranty) . It took four weeks to get someone to look at it after many calls. The technicians said it was related to the power chord .. it was replaced ... it still did not work .. another three weeks and still no response. The customer service from this company is appalling .. it is a premium priced product but sold and service by people who are indifferent to the ownership experience. My recommendation is "do not buy from this company

All broken. Display, pedals, function, and NO reply, help, reaction from their side. I write multiple emails. They don’t even care to answer.
I highly advise against working with them.
