This shop is a hidden gem!. Cheapest place in all of Plymouth and got my iPhone 11 up and working again. It had a smashed screen and was dropped in the sea but somehow he got it working and it’s great. Add on top he’s really nice and friendly I can see why he has all too reviews. Next iPhone that has an issue I’ll go back. If you have a smashed screen go here. He’s cheaper than anywhere else and does a great job. Park in Colin Campbell and walk through the lane and he’s on the left

Amazing customer service. I cannot recommend Techii enough. Constant contact with my many questions, happy, helpful and did the work on my son's phone really quickly to make sure he wasn't without it for long and went above and beyond for me.

Having used some of the big names to recycle devices in the past, I won’t be doing again after using this company. Most of the big names quote a price based on complete honesty about damage, receive the price and then knock it down. My phone had a cracked screen and superficial scratches. I was quoted a price much higher than the big names in phone recycling. Their policies are very clear on what damage is and isn’t acceptable. The price quoted was transferred into my bank account a few days after I posted my old iPhone (they provided the postage label so postage was free). They emailed to let me know they had received it and transferred the money. Great, honest company. Don’t bother with the big names. Use this company and get a fair price for your old device.
