We recently purchased a full bathroom from Tecaz in Stockton, including tiles, flooring, radiators, and all the units, and the whole experience has been fantastic from start to finish.

A huge thank you to Paul, who helped us every step of the way. He made what could have been an overwhelming process feel simple and straightforward, offering great advice and really taking the time to understand what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble, and his knowledge made a big difference in getting everything just right.

The fitters that were recommended to us were equally brilliant - professional, reliable, and clearly very skilled. The installation went smoothly, and the attention to detail really shows in the final result.

We couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom - it looks absolutely stunning and has completely transformed the space. Everything came together perfectly, and the whole process was easy and stress-free.

Highly recommend Tecaz, and especially Paul, if you’re looking for quality products and excellent service!

Couldn't be happier with the service from Stockton Tecaz. Michael done a great job with design, the fitting was carried out by Henry and Connor, who's work and attention to detail was fantastic. Very highly recommend.

Great delivery from 2 great guys, who kept me updated on arrival time.
Despite reduced access to property, these guys just got on with it and carried what was very heavy equipment, to my garage where I intended to store it. All with a smile and friendly chat.

Over the moon with my bathroom suite, the staff was so helpful and got a great price, would highly recommend

New kitchen
Great experience from the beginning. I went in with a design in mind and Jessica helped bring that to life. Delivery went well with minimal issues - everything was dealt with by the team swiftly which meant fitting went ahead without issue.
I am thrilled with the end result, highly reccommend.
Jessica Knox was on hand to help all the way throughout and is clearly passionate about what she does.

Jessica designed a fabulous kitchen for us and helped us decide on the optimum layout and configuration. The colours, finishes and materials all blend so nicely together.
Neil, the fitter, and his team (Logan, Ian and Mally were excellent, their work was exemplary and they couldn’t do enough to ensure that everything was perfect.

Ebay purchase. Great price, great communication, great product. Product arrived promptly and exactly as described. We were on a tight budget and about to buy used items but with Tecaz, it was cheaper (and better) to buy new. Recommended

We called in to the Sunderland branch of Tecaz when looking to replace our en-suite and a very nice salesman referred to as ‘Benny’ helped us and booked an appointment for David to call out to measure up. We then went back to the showroom to pick furniture, tiles, flooring etc placing the order in October 2025.

We were allocated a fitter called Damian Quinn who was booked for January 2026 who in our opinion is absolutely outstanding. The care he took from ripping out our old en-suite to replacing was exceptional. He carried out all of the work himself plumbing, electrics, tiling etc even putting down plywood on the floor before fitting the LVT as he wasn’t happy with it.

From start to finish we cannot express how happy we have been with the service from Benny and David at Tecaz to the fitting by Damian and would have no hesitation at recommending both in the future. Thank you to all we now have an absolutely stunning new bathroom.

We went in totally blindfolded with no idea of what we were looking for and me being indecisive is an understatement ! The patience, help and advice from Paul Dolan at Tecaz Stockton was above and beyond! He came measured and a few days later we left with a bathroom ordered and very happy with the choices we made and the layout Paul has designed can't wait to see the end result. Tecaz North Shields new kitchen. Delighted with new kitchen. Excellent design assistance from Peter in store with some really good ideas and recommendations. Fit team did brilliant job with new electrics, plastering and challenges with fit and ceiling! Particular thanks to Steve who answered all questions and gave professional advice-very patient with us and our changing decisions throughout. Would highly recommend

We used Tecaz to help design and organise a fitter for our bathroom. Although the fitter was self employed, he works closely with Peter who helped tremendously with ideas and suggestions on making the bathroom smart and very usable. We are hoping to do another project, a downstairs utility toilet, and have already visited the showroom to arrange a survey to be done.

I would like to thank Amy in tecaz Stockton what a valuable member of staff she is. Amy went above and over to help me with my shower today. She even offered to deliver it herself.
