We were 15 days away from our renewal…

We were 15 days away from our renewal date and weren’t able to cancel for this next year because their policy is cancel 28 days prior renewal date. We’re a small business and can’t afford it anymore. They still want to charge us for the next year and won’t make an exception. Bad customer service
