Horrible service and support

Horrible service and support. The prices are high for a service that is very mediocre and server always has uptime of 2 weeks and goes offline and you have to constantly ask them again.
They don't offer anything even after staying with them for 3 years or so. I asked them for a file which I pay for the server. They replied: "We can not give you this file because this file does not belong to your server"
I PAY FOR THIS SERVICE. How can I not be allowed to have access to the files?

Go join multiplay or 4net. It's better to pay a little extra for a GOOD service.
