It was an unpleasant experience

It was an unpleasant experience. I was rushed to wash basin, no introduction...i dont know her name amd she doesnt know my name. The quickest wash in history. Showed to chair...no discussion on condition or wants just a quick, rough 15cm cut and use of hairdryer to dry it. I felt like it had to be done as quickly as possibly. I felt disrespected. Im new to town and I had hoped for a nicer experience. Im angry and disappointed. No im not happy with my cut at all either.
A customer must be made to feel welcome.

The owner from teamkappers Eindhoven is…

The owner from teamkappers Eindhoven is a thief and steals from her colleagues and is a bad face for the company and now she has pushed all her workers away.
I hope team kapper Eindhoven gets closed down because they are loosing all thier customers because of the puffed up lipped woman who thinks she is a queen
