Kane has been my coach now for nearly 1 year, during this time we have made some impressive transformations! I have been training on and off for about 15 years and after becoming a new dad I had a few years out and was struggling to get back to it. Then Kane came along and I can honestly say it has made the world of difference. The support, knowledge and motivation I get from Team Kane is fantastic. Very responsive and answers any questions about my diet and my training program I might have! 5 stars for Team Kane!

I had never seen results in the gym until now
I had spent years in and out of the gym with variable and often no results. Kane broke down the whole programme into a simple and easy to follow process. After 12 weeks I finally got the results I always wanted, and now have the knowledge to be able to maintain them as well.
