We ordered some unique glasses that arrived well packed and they are absolutely amazing design. Love them.

The product is great but this review is about the vendor. The vendor has great products that are difficult to find in the UK.

Delivery was superfast by DHL. The product was very competitively priced on the website in GBP. Now here is the kicker. I did not look at who and where the vendor is located. They are based in Italy. The issue with that is that DHL wanted to deliver but I had to 1st pay import duty and a handing fee. This worked out about £20 less than you can buy from Le Creuset themselves.

The moral of the story is check the location of the vendor even if they present pricing in GBP. Then add 20% and about a £10 handing fee.

Otherwise I can't fault them.

This was an item that was unavailable in the UK in the colour I wanted. Ordering from Italy was about the same price as the UK, even allowing for customs duty. Item well packaged (triple boxed), communication good, efficient customs clearance through DHL. There was even a 13A to european plug adapter in the box, which I wasn't expecting.

On January 1, 2026, I ordered a washbasin.
On February 10, 2026, I was informed that the shipment of my order was scheduled for the last week of that month, i.e. February 2026.
On March 18, 2026, I inquired about the status of the washbasin again. They told me the washbasin had not arrived yet.
On April 1, 2026, I inquired about the status of the washbasin again. They told me they were still waiting for the washbasin from the manufacturer.
On April 15, 2026, I inquired about the status of the washbasin again. They told me there had been some delays but the manufacturer confirmed that the washbasin would be shipped by that week.
On April 28, 2026, I inquired about the status of the washbasin again. They told me they would receive the washbasin in the coming few days.
On May 10, 2026, I inquired about the status of the washbasin again. They told me they would inform me once they have got my washbasin.

So after 4 complete months, I have still not gotten my order- which they promised they would ship in February.
My first apartment’s renovation was completed two months ago. And I have still not gotten my washbasin for my masterbedroom.
They also refused to refund.
This is a fraudulent website.

Excellent products, helpful customer service, very competitive prices, order was exactly as we had hoped

I've been using this service quite often. So far I've been very satisfied with the quality the prices and the customer service.

I waited a very long time for my delivery to the point I thought it wasn’t ever good g to arrive .. communication was poor just kept saying in transit ! And when I’d almost given up hope it arrived !!

I have been waiting for a refund from tattahome for over 2 months for items I ordered that was told are out of production. I keep getting told by Andrew that I’m next in the queue to get the refund processed but nothing has been done yet. This experience is extremely frustrating and after 2 months of constant emailing the customer care address I have no confidence that I will get my refund.

Delivery did take almost 3 months so perhaps the delivery/description could be clear on this, but Tattahome did keep me updated throughout and we are pleased with our purchase thank you

The item was advertised 141 euros with 20euros shipping but DZhL would not deliver this SMEG milk frother until I paid £43 import duty. The extra shipping cost was not shown at point of purchase.

I bought a set of plates through reorder botton, I paid but never recieved a confirmation to my email. It did not appeared on my costumer profile either. Never click the reorder. It is my first time to buy in this shop and such a terrible experience. If there is such thing as rating with out any stars. They will get zero star from me. Scammers.
I ordered to your reorder botton and paid through Klarna. My receipt from Klarna was there but no confirmation of my purchase from your website through Mollie dated:March 22 time:22.50. So you are saying Klarna is fraud? My Klarna order reference no. is VTDRQCVB. I paid 735.12 Norwegian Kr for nothing. Vær så god!
I am telling you. I am not misleading. Be careful with this shop.
If you are not a scammer then return what I have paid.
Do I need to explain again. What I have bought is a different purchase. Not with a bank transfer method. I paid through KLARNA with the order reference VTDRQCVB and with the amount of NOK735.12.

Delivery took over a Month to arrive with no warning or protracted delivery time. Email responses were unhelpful and not specific on delivery time which was planned as a birthday gift.

UK vat was payable - again not expected on top of price already paid, meaning the products were hugely expensive.

I wouldn’t have acquired from here if I had known either of the above, so would not recommend

Be careful buyers you will pay high import duty fee by DHL

Very good in all aspects.
The info, the pictures, the updates by email about the delivery.
And most of all, how the packaging was sent.

lies upon lies, been waiting for a refund for 5 weeks, keep being told its being done but it hasnt! I find it so dishonest to be lied to each and every time. Do not use this company! They are extremely unprofessional

Ordered the snoopy lamp from Tattahome and have it shipped to Hong Kong.
The team has been very helpful and responsive to any questions I have, fast delivery.

Ordered a coffee machine . After realising the delivery service of 6 weeks plus and a non compliant plug .I cancelled the order . Still no refund and no reply’s to my emails 5 weeks later . Now 5 weeks and despite several emails have still not receive a refund .

Positive shopping experience so far! 4 orders placed.
Great selection of goods, with good prices.
Minor issue is the leading time from order placement to delivery which can be long but items always arrived impeccable and in the correct mentioned time period.

Very bad experience with this vendor.
Order never acknowledged or confirmed for weeks after placing order. Due to zero communications I placed a second and third order thinking the first 2 did not go through successfully as my credit card was not debited either. Suddenly all 3 got confirmed and then I understood that they were out of stock. If so why didn’t they say so each time I placed the order.
And Andrew from support Center sent me e mails that were contradictory and was just going through the motions without checking the facts and the chronology of events and messages that took place before he sent e mails to me.
I will never order from Tatahome again.
It’s obvious there is no oversight on the order integrity of their processes nor the conduct of their customer service personnel whatsoever.
Here is an e mail I sent to Andrew which will explain my frustration and dissatisfaction.

“As I informed your previously, I ordered it again on 25 Dec because there was zero communication from you about my first order placed on 4 Dec.
And I sent you e mail to cancel the second order and you confirmed to me not once but twice that it will be cancelled and refunded.

And suddenly I get 2 e mails on the same day telling me both orders have shipped.

Please read your own emails sent to me before you send me any more contradictory and confusing e mails.”
