Mike was brilliant.
Took all the hassle away and I drove away in a car the same day.

First I don’t got good Credit saw this pop up on my instagram and I applied, no time I received a phone called form chole, she didn’t stop until she find me a lender, and I get my appointment to come and view the car I liked, upon arrival I meet with this lovely man by the man of Mike he’s so humble very helpful and we go and pick a car! Here I am driving away my Mercedes cla 👊🏻guys with bad credit come over to TargetCars where good credit or no credit Guarantee you will get a pass!!! I will be using this car to build my credit score back to the level I wanted it.. thanks you target car, I will be back later to change…

The attitude is so rude stroppy customer service is not good they are thinking your in desperation for car and have accept all the bs that they try to get you sign off on been buying cars for 35 years and please don’t use this company it’s all smoke and more. Money for you to pay

I had Call from Lucy on 26th Aug25 , she said she would help me get a car , had sbout 4 call , on 27th Aug she told me i was almost close to getting my finance , i booked off the next day , then after doing open banking hot a MSG saind no, , the way Lucy made contact was not how a company should operate , i would not go near Target if you paid me , so my post is 00000×

Just popped by target cars today, after having my car written off on Saturday. Spoke with Mike and he showed me the cars they had to offer, managed to find another fiesta and was happy with how it drove. Agreed with the car and the finance offer, though it wasn’t ideal with the circumstances. However, happy to finally have my freedom back!

I came in and had no expectations, but Lucy, Jack and Mike were all very helpful. I loved their directness and their patience in answering all my questions and allowing me to find the perfect vehicle - that’s after they tried their best to find me a great finance, which they did! Thank you all so much, I will only be coming back to them going forward simply on their service.

Drove 2 hours to get to target cars, as was approved for finance over the phone.
Arrived at target car, both men working were quite arrogant and rude! Left without even looking at a car.

I had an amazing experience with target car supermarket! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me make a responsible and informed choice.
They didn’t pressure me or rush the process, what impressed me most was how seamless everything was. After settling on the perfect car, I was able to drive off the lot the very same day!

I had the most pleasant experience when purchasing a car over at Target Car. I walked away with the exact car I wanted, a BMW 1 series. The most smooth and easy experience I could’ve asked for and will recommend anyone looking for a car on finance to go with them as their choice.

Zero stars really, spoke to Lucy, and wasn't impressed. Found her unprofessional in her approach she is very straight talking in a way where it feels being cut by a knife.
Bad attitude, sour, maybe the owner is her husband because she acts like she can behave in anyway she wants and actually specks down to you. I've spoken to straight talking people before and they don't come across like this.

I applied online 4 days ago and was told I had been accepted however I was sceptical as my credit score is abysmal at the moment. I read the reviews online and was almost convinced to cancel my appointment the next day but chose to find out for myself. Im happy I went as I ended up leaving with a lovely BMW. They do the best they can to get you the best interest rates (which in my case was incredibly difficult) and work really hard to get you accepted. I will definitely be bringing the car back here when it's time to switch it up. All I can say is don't let appearances put you off. If you have limited options like me, and need a car these guys will exhaust every option to help you. Im very pleased with my result and would like to thank everyone there who helped me.

Absolutely smashed it I done a quote in the morning online they called at 1:30 pm I drive to Essex and drove away in my van at 6 pm all done in 1 day!!
My credit wasn’t the best at the time and still got a really good rate much better than I ever expected very good company and my van has very low mileage a brand new MOT and all the work was completed when it was MOTD I definitely recommend Thanks guys

I happy with TCS so far. I brought my car from them 3 weeks ago. Yes I got whacked on the APR for my HP but I was expecting that as my credit really poor and that what happens when you have to use sub prime lenders. I didn't really like turning up and then they sort out the lender side and then tell you what amount you cleared for and give you a selection of cars. Plus there no way 150 cars on the lot but clearly it's all part of their sales techniques for drawing those desperate for a car with poor credit in. But if you don't recognize that as the buyer then there's something wrong with you. But I went there with a open mind I recognized all of this and the fact I'm limited in respect of credit options and car's. But regardless they offered me a couple of cars well over-priced but they do reduce the price to get you the credit you require (again just a sales technique). But I got a nice car and when they do the final figures they very clear on the financing costs. The car themselves as I say are overpriced but they reduce the prices to fit they credit agreement (they do this to make it look like you getting a great deal but ultimately you end up paying market value for the car, although you get clobbered on the finance but that's because of our poor credit so I get that. Also some of those cars on the lot been there for some time but the stock is varied and there would be a car in there for anyone. Generally the car's themselves are reasonable for their age and condition. Mine has a couple of scratches on the bodywork that I know I can buff out. Also all the wheels were kerbed again I could see that and I purchased aware that would be a cost to myself. So no problem. All cars come newly MOT and 3 month warranty. My car has just developed a fault after only 3 weeks which appears to be a wheel speed sensor (common on Mercedes). I called Target and they instantly put me in contact with their repair garage. No fuss, no arguments to get the part replaced under the warranty which being done this Thursday. I have to say I'm happy yeah I don't like the APR on my HP agreement but that is the penalty I have to pay for poor credit. They don't force you to buy a car from them. Yeah they got a well thought out sales patter/process but you can always say no and they do explain the finance and the costs so you do know ultimately the complete cost. But they are approachable and knowledgeable and overall if you credit is rubbish there is a good chance were others could not they could help you but like anything in this world it comes at a price!!

Used this company twice now. Couldn’t recommend more. Quick and easy process, Got approved via the phone then drove away in my new car less than 24h later. Big thank you to Charlotte who got me approved on the phone and Conor who finalised and got me in my new car so quick.
