Great price service and selection - would recommend
Love my new tap finished my Kitchen off beautifully

Bought products online for re-vamping my ensuite. Luckily was able to view products in the lovely new showroom just opened in Edinburgh, which is a lovely store with helpful staff.

Unfortunately my products were delivered by an unfriendly 3rd party who dumped the goods on a pallet at the bottom of my garden gate leaving me to carry the toilet, cistern, taps and vanity unit up 3 flights of stairs. As an older women on my own this was exhausting and would not buy again from the company due to this delivery method. Also the 3rd party company said they could not assist me as they were uninsured!

Our builder recommended Taps.co.uk and I ordered online, at the low to mid price level, and was really delighted when I received the items. I ordered taps, which were stylish and heavy and felt far more expensive than they were, and a great bath and shower riser thing which looks totally on-trend, and vanity unit which again was cheaper than nearly anywhere else but seemed great. Delivery was no problem and I was given a 2 hour slot at the start of delivery day to let me know when it was coming. They were actually 20 minutes early but kindly waited while I rushed back from dropping off my son at football. I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else again. Only quibble is that when we realised we didn't need a £31 bath panel we were told it was £34 for it to be collected, even though they were dropping off another delivery to us anyway. Only alternative was to return it miles away to Didcot - so a return on a small item could prove to expensive to bother.

Ordering was easy and goods arrived when expected. Plenty of communication from Taps to let me know what was going on.

Staff and delivery staff were amazing, but the products leave a lot to be desired. The toilet coupling is badly manufactured so it has been very difficult to attach the toilet to the soil outlet and we are still trying to do so!!!!!!!! The instructions for the pipe work to join the toilet to the water main were badly written and incorrect !! This whole experience has been a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We ordered a shower screen on Monday for next day. We assumed it'd arrive Weds. Had an email Weds saying they'd accepted order and it was to be picked in warehouse. Called up & they said it hasn't been put through as next day, but I'd receive it the next day (Thurs). Thurs came and went. So did Friday, when I got an email saying delivery was due Monday. So on Friday we called and asked what was going on. We explained we couldn't receive it Monday as we'd had the previous week off work to do our bathroom. They put the order through so we eventually received the item on Sunday.
The delivery guys were pleasant.
I'd buy from these again if I wasn't in a rush for the item.
Still haven't received our refund for the next day delivery charge we paid which we were told would be refunded.

When the tap arrived it was better than expected for the money, excellent value. Should you ever need to contact the company, then good luck.
My confirmation e.mail showed my delivery address incorrectly so i tried to contact them. After 15 minutes on hold i was given the option to hang up and recieve a call back from them. Never happened. The next day i tried again and after 20 minutes of being on hold gave up frustrated. I live 120 miles from Swindon where my taps were destined for, somehow they did arrive to me as the postcode was correct. Thank god for Post codes!

I had no problems with my order what so ever. It came on time and works as it should. Thank you for a great service

I have had several experiences with Taps.co.uk during the last two weeks. Their website is clear and informative with products well displayed and described. I had been to several shops and prices and quality offered by Taps.co.uk are excellent value for money. The staff have been most forthcoming and helpful in seeing that I would get the right product, as well as promptly attending to a return product and its refund. Any new products I will source from Taps.co.uk again without any hesitation. Thank you, that was an excellent experience and an example for some other companies to learn from.

I ordered a product on the Monday the 31st of August.

Next day delivery - on a bank holiday so expected the delivery on Wednesday.

Problem 1. Parcel force sends me a text message saying it will be delivered on the Tuesday. If I had not check with track and trace I would have taken that day off. Track and trace on the Parcel force website said a differernt delivery date, the 2nd of Sept. So I take that day off work.

I use track and trace throughout the day, and it says that the package has been reported as damaged at the depot and retuned to sender. I was away with work on the Thurs and Fri so I rang on Saturday to find out what was going on.

Problem 2. No communication from the supplying company saying how they were going to solve the issue.

Problem 3. 35 minutes on the phone on hold before I get to speak to someone on Saturday, who promises me a call back with an answer. No call back

Problem 4. 35 minutes on hold on the Sunday. I was promised an email with an answer. No Email.

Problem 5. I talk to 'George' on the Monday who says that he will DEFINATLEY get a next day delivery to me. I again take the day off (today). I then ring George as requested by him if the delivery had not arrived. I ring him, and guess what, oh no there has been a mistake and the delivery was put on a regular wagon, not a next day delivery.

Problem 6. Refund requested, and 1.5 hours on the phone, and two days off work. These people are NOT having my money. Simply inept.

I looked at various sites for my kitchen mixer tap ,found exactly what I needed ,ordered ,2days later it arrived I could not have been more pleased with it ,I would recommend this site to any one .
Once again great service.

I placed a very large order from Taps, and with he help from customer services, to ensure we had all we needed, we got everything we ordered in good order and on time. Would recommend Taps

the shower when eventually delivered fitted works well, but the problem was in the fitting. the instructions that came with the shower were for another model, and the next day delivery should have been more like the next week delivery.

Trying to fit the brackets was difficult, and they appear not to pull the shower up to the wall. After fitting the brackets and hanging the shower there is a few millimeters gab all around the shower which although not unsightly is annoying

Good service, nice product, informed of dispatch etc need a tap use these guys.
