Martin and Loess are currently bursting blood vessels to support a mortgage application to meet my particular circumstances. This is challenging given the current changes in lending resulting from the impacts of Covid 19.
Martin is dogged in his work to find suitable lenders and in keeping contact with them and with me by way of updates.
Electronic communications have worked in our favour to share paperwork and Loess is great at tracking these once submitted.
It is wonderful being able to work with people you trust, who are informative and really make you feel valued. Great to be able to have a laugh or two along the way as well easing ones anxieties.
We are all progressing to what we all hope will be a positive outcome.
