Very Poor Customer Service

Would not recommend booking with this airline. Booked flights from Dublin to Lisbon and then on to Faro return with them for December 2020. They cancelled the flights due to Covid and I am still waiting for my refund over 1 year later. In November 2021 they phoned me and told me they would now be issuing me with my refund-whopee!! I am still waiting...............

Appalled

Appalled.

Left shaken by our mistreatment at the departure gate. We were threatened with being denied onto the already delayed flight because boarding was finally called midway through taking my 3 year old to the toilet and changing my baby’s nappy. (Which they were aware of.) We had been waiting at the departure gate for 2 hours prior to this.

The integrity of this company needs to be examined by a professional standards board. Amazed they are still a member of the Star Alliance.

Our return flight was also three hours delayed….

Denied me the option to cancel and be…

Denied me the option to cancel and be refunded of my flight when I was obligated to be in isolation by the government orders of their country. Then took almost 18 months to make a symbolic refund of 30€

On 28th May 2021, the delay of the flight TP646 didn't allow me to take the connection flight from BRU to IAD. As a consequence, my departure from BRU was postponed to the following day spending my money in hotel, Covid test (the previous was expired) and lunch/dinner for one day without mentioning the impact to my agenda. Already provided all the documentation requested but I am still waiting the refund and a compensation.

They lost my medical exams and didn't want to pay any compensation

I moved from Portugal to the UK with a set of bags that literally had everything we possessed. TAP lost the bag that had around 4000 euros of medical exams, cloths and personal accessories. After letting us down in the airport they gave us a paper to fill complaining about the missing bag. We did and delivered such paper inside the deadline that was given to us. When we sent the paper with the cost estimates, someone responded: you lost the deadline, we won't cover anything anymore. Which was just plain lie. Scammers. Just a bad company with loads of bad people. Who would misguide someone trying to recover their medical exams? only TAP.

My flight was cancelled

My flight was cancelled, I tried to speak with Tap on Facebook, they sent me a link, where I could ask for my refund, I've asked for my refund clicking on the link "refund to the original payment method" and they generate a voucher with 1-year time validation for me, instead of refunding my money, as what I originally asked. So I contacted them and asked AGAIN for my money, and they said I asked for a voucher because on their website is just possible to ask for a voucher. SO WHY DO YOU HAVE THE OPTION OF "refund to the original payment method" IF I CANT GET MY MONEY BACK VIA WEBSITE?
I still want my money back, I don't want a voucher, because I'm not going to travel again soon. So please I already opened a complaint in September and it says that is in analysis, please have more respect with your customers, if I can't get my money via your website, remove the option, and give the money to those who requested the money.

Worst customer services ever

Worst customer services ever. The airline cancelled one of the flights of my itinerary and I had to be over 20 minutes over the phone for someone to reply and tell me they are going to put me in contact with another department... after an hour waiting on the phone they hung up. Worst thing is that you cannot even modify the flight online, it has to be through this horrible customer services system.

This is the first time that I have to…

This is the first time that I have to do a bad review about a flight company. I have some reservations for January and I have a problem and I need to change one of my flights but I'm trying since yesterday in all of the customer services assistants available and I didn't get any answer. Already lost 3 hours on phone more than 30 euros of credits, emails, Facebook and skype and Nothing. Nobady answer.
I need solve my problem...

Rude

Rude, unreasonable members of staff. Carla Grifo was arrogant and provided no valid explanation as to why we were refused onto the flight. Avoid this airline, they are looking to scam as much money as possible out of their customers.

Flights Dakar Lisbon Rome round trip

Flights Dakar Lisbon Rome round trip: 24 October to 31 October. On October 24, we landed in Lisbon and waited 40 minutes to disembark and since the connection time to Rome was after 1 hour, I lost my luggage, which was recovered after 2 days. Return to Dakar on October 31, the flight left more than an hour late, so I lost the connection to Dakar. Rerouting on Air Maroc with arrival the night of the next day. I hope they will not make problems with the validity of the covid test during this trip and on arrival.

TAP.... Take Another Plane

please please save your money and don't you risk flying with this company. they'll cancel your flight 1 month prior to your trip and unless you have a lawyer, you will never see your money back.

Absolutely HORRIBLE

Absolutely HORRIBLE. The website doesn't work at all. Bugs and glitches on the site, changed the information you put in. Called multiple times and got hung up on. Now on hold for 45 min and counting. Sent 8 emails no response. Cancelled flight and unable to confirmation of new flight rebooking!!! The WORST. STAY AWAY!

Bought a flight months ago with them

Bought a flight months ago with them. 2 days ago they sent an email changing my flight. I've tried to cancel the flight as the new schedule isn't suitable for me. I tried to change several times via the email like, website, app and all of them is loading as error.
I've sent and email, facebook and Instagram message and no one gets back to me, also this is my 6th attempt calling them ( spending 45+ min on the line and then when I get hold to someone they cut the line) absolutely disgraceful!
No idea where who should I contact regarding my future flights.
