and so far this is best speed test results. I've been all over the place trying to get a decent signal, I was hoping for better than this, I'm in the UK, not a 3rd world country.
UPDATE:
I tried to call the customer support and was put on hold for over 20 minutes. I then used the chatbot and it took 65 minutes to cancel my account, which ironically is the same slow speed as their data service. It also transpires that the monthly contract does not start on the date I purchased, and end 30 days later, they can only do it on a set day, 10th of month, and can only cancel it immediately, but then send a message warning that my credit rating will be effected if I don't maintain a payment method with them for another 90 days. And then in an attempt to justify their slow speeds, they informed me of a network problem in another postcode that is going to take them 17 days to fix, again, the same sort of speeds as their data. The chat is painfully slow, they are obviously serving multiple customers at once, taking 10 minutes at a time to read a single paragraph, 65 minutes in total, they come across as busy busy, but actually getting very little done at the slowest possible speed. I'm relieved to be out of it!
