They were easy to work with but I still receive notifications from my creditors indicating that the payments are arriving late (after the agreed upon due date) despite the draft from my account.

Seems to take too long to get creditors paid. We keep getting notices on how the payments aren't being received on time by creditors and that they will cancel agreements with TCA and demand full payment if lateness continues. The lower payments for the creditors is the only strong point we've really seen from TCA.

I enjoy the ability to pay my creditors in full using your program

Both that I spoke were understanding. They were kind, reassuring, so very respectful. They didn’t make me feel like they were rushing, but listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. They did go the extra mile. It’s wonderful to know I have an excellent team working for me. It was not complicated, it was easy. So glad that I called TCM.

Take charge did get letters submitted etc and converted my Debt to one monthly plan however I consistently still get contacted by creditors saying that the payments aren’t being made according to the agreement and take charge gives me very little service or help. It is what it is.

Ive been able to actually pay down my credit cards and see an improvement in my credit score since I started having take charge America help me

TCA has helped our family get out of credit card debt not once but twice. It is reassuring to have such knowledgeable and professional help in them. They explain everything well and make the process very easy. I recommend them for anyone who may need help with their debt.

It was very easy to apply and get excepted. All of my questions were answered right away. The payment ended up being a little higher than was quoted. That’s why I gave it four stars instead of five.

I had credit debt and paying over the payment and still not getting no where so I called 211 for a credit Colsolidated and Take Charged American help me get started and I have been relieved of my debt issues, as well as housing help which has been a big hard thing to get. Wendy

It was a very clear process and handled very fast. I can sleep at night 🌙 now. It will take me a long time (4 years) to payoff, but my credit is intact and I have learned a valuable lesson about purchasing things impulsively. I still enjoy shopping within my confines and I appreciate the things I purchased more now with real money not credit. Thank you everyone who assisted me.

I created a lot of debt. the advisor that helped me was amazing. She was not condescending but nice. got me on a good plan and my stress level has eased greatly. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!!l

Great customer service!! Easy to follow instructions and my debt is being paid off at a much lower interest rate!
