Have had 2 orders go badly so far
Have had 2 orders go badly so far, while i did recieve suff sometimes it was not what i ordered or like on one occasion they shipped me a gun that had original parts swapped out of it. Youll get your item but theyr likely to mess up your order.

Prices are good
Prices are good. Customer service has been good. About the only thing that I can find any fault in is the way shipping charges are applied. If purchasing only a single item the shipping is extravagant and high unless it is a high dollar item.

Defective order and bad service
I ordered a gearbox and after a couple of magazines started to have issues with the selector gears, after a week of emails (with late responses) and after sending 3-4 videos of the defective item, they asked me for money for a repair (the gearbox is under warranty)..
Luckily I sorted out to repair it by myself by looking at a couple of Youtube videos. I don't think I'll buy here again..

Dear Oscar, Unfortunately, we don't offer warranty repair for the spare parts that are not installed by our techs, and this is clearly written in the terms and conditions you accept when placing the order. In this case, you managed to install the faulty product and then you managed to repair it by yourself. We cannot be sure that the faultiness is not the fault of the wrong installation if you could repair it easily by yourself.
We cannot inspect every case remotely; to make sure our diagnosis is accurate, we have to see the product in our service. And as we cannot offer a warranty it has to cost money. I hope that's understandable.

Good price aweful product.
Good price, fast delivery, used product?
I bought an aeg aug, the nozzle did not align with the barrel.
Had to push it in position to assemble.
Metal shavings in the barrel.
Also opened the gearbox, it is literally full of scratches..... in the casing.
Gun has been used once, before i opened it.
The teeth on the piston is cracked.... woop woop. Guess ill buy new internals from another supplier which is more reliable.
Because this gearbox seems to be sold used.

We are using the replicas to check them before sending it out to you, and this is the only moment they are used before you get it. Teeth on the piston definitely should not crack during those checks. Amazing service the shipping to the US was very fast and the gun came perfect as I wanted it. one thing I wasn't aware of was that I needed to buy the battery with the gun.
