First off, the trackers would not pair with my phone. I gave up after having three techy people help me to no avail. I kept the collars and ordered trackers that would fit in the holder on the collar.
Next, my cats scratched at the collar and the material has rubbed the fur off my beautiful Ragdoll girl and her tabby friend.
Oh and the bells fell off two of the three I had purchased.
NOT HAPPY.
This company has zero warranty. They do not refund your money. They lie and game the Visa card dispute system rather than provide any refunds. Stay far away from Tails and Furs.
Disappointed as I was looking for exactly this sort of product, but if there are no verified reviews on here, im not buying.
