Just wanted to give a big shout-out to Sherwin, who called after I had placed an order for a wireless backup system for my RV. I'm so glad he called, walked me through the installation process and then suggested a much better and easier system that I might be interested in. As a 74 year old solo traveler, I appreciate this type of service. And yes, I gladly went with his suggestion.

The customer service team has been very helpful in resolving any issues I had with 2 different systems - they were able to diagnose and fix any problems. You can talk to Gabriel directly on the phone to handle any more complicated issues and he will do his best to resolve them so you are happy with the product.

Gabriel with Tadi Brothers was kind enough to spend 30 minutes helping to diagnose a problem I was having with proximity sensors and also helped me to understand some limitations of a camera system that wasn't working very well, even though these cameras were a competitor's system. I very much appreciated Gabriel's insights and look forward to doing more business with Tadi Brothers.

I had some difficulty with my installer. Lost packaging and mounting screws. I called Tadi Bros and talked to a rep named Paul. She was extremely helpful and understanding and addressed all my needs. The manual and missing hardware is being shipped. Great customer service.

After conflicting advice over several phone conversations, Gabriel saved the day & used his knowledge of the camera systems to design a fix for my truck/trailer needs. I am very appreciative of the customer service he gave me.
