Table Protector Direct Reviews

Order process very easy with lots of choice. However, I never received my order. I did get an email to say it had been despatched along with a link to Royal Mail tracking but it never entered the Royal Mail system. I attempted to contact Table Protector Direct by email twice, messenger and online chat with nil response to any attempts. I also rang twice and was on hold for over 20 minutes both times but did not get to speak to a human, just a message stating I’m caller number 2. After reading the other reviews on here it seems like my experience is unusual, however the lack of communication and no tablecloth arrived was unacceptable.

Arrived on time good quality correct size

The only tablecloth that can cope with guests who don't know their play-do from their baked beans! It'clear and shiny so the table doesn't look altered. Good choice of widths, good product and good service - thank you. Will recommend.

Very pleased with the table protector as it is good quality, nice & thick!

Apart from a glitch on the website which meant I couldn't see the contents of my basket for a while, it was a pleasant and straightforward transaction. The oval cutting service was a fair price. This company is one of a few that offer pvc tablecloths in extra wide widths, so I was pleased to have finally found it. The cloth arrived when expected and was a good price. All in all I am very happy with my shopping experience with this company. Thank you.

Great service, sizing, quality , delivery and at a very good price point. So many lovely designs to choose from, would definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.

Tablecloth bought at a reduced price so I wasn’t expecting anything special, but when it was delivered I was delighted with the size and quality. It looks nice and is perfect for protecting the dining table when our young grandchildren visit for meals. Now I don’t need to face the hassle of laundering fabric tablecloths when the inevitable food stains occur, just a quick wipe of the plastic cloth to remove whatever’s been spilt.

Great quality, sturdy and a great protector for our kitchen island.

A great table cloth, delivered promptly.

Easy to order a made to measure protector to lay under my bins in the kitchen.

Lovely cheerful tablecloth for our new kitchen, very quickly sent to us.

Ease of finding item required and fast delivery

Quite good customer service.
Very happy with the product

Ordered a new table cloth for my wife’s birthday… there was a huge selection to choose from and delivery was super quick, all at reasonable price! Impressed:)

Quick service and product exactly as shown on photos and covers and protects my table perfectly

Excellent as described prompt delivery would recommend

I was nervous ordering a custom made to measure but it was absolutely perfect, so was the colour. If I ever need another one I will order from here.

The table protector is perfect overall. The only thing I would like to see improved is the delivery time.
