Polite and professional service whilst the branch was quite busy

Communication was excellent from start to finish, car preparation excellent, company very accommodating, 100% recommend, especially the sales executive Dan Henton.

The whole experience was fantastic. From the ladies at reception to Zain (my Service Advisor). I had a couple of additional requests and these were very much fulfilled.

Ultimately the price is the price however when it comes to service, it was definitely worth it. Highly recommended and if your BMW requires attention then bring it to Sytner Coventry!

Loads was wrong. First the price we were quoted via their online booking system was wrong. They charged me £150 more. Also I stated don't wash car, they did and had me waiting outside for 15 mins while they obvs did it. Loud swearing employees in the forecourt vaping and smoking. Not the Sytner standard at all. My service man was nice, and corrected all the mistakes, but too over friendly almost to the point of being creepy! Defo NOT the Sytner way. I won't use this dealership again and will go to Leicester BMW.

Very poor service (Sytner Coventry). I agreed to proceed based on specific terms that were clearly offered, only to find that these were not honoured in the final deal. This inconsistency and misleading information show a lack of professionalism. I am extremely dissatisfied with how this was handled.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff at the dealership, prompt service and excellent communication before, during and after the work on my car. Nothing was too much trouble.

Maryam and Alex were very helpful and encouraged us to ask questions as much as possible. Transfer details, handover and aftercare has been excellent.

All very straightforward; great customer service

After booking a service through the online system and receiving confirmation, I arrive to find no booking recorded. Wasn’t surprised to hear that it was a fairly new procedure but would prefer person booking followed by online or WhatsApp confirmation. The Coventry Sytner staff were brilliant and managed to sort a service appointment without a return trip.

Everyone is nice and friendly. Luke went through the work that was going to be done that day. Recieved a video message to go through vehicle check of the car. Then later that day a message to say my car was ready to collect. Luke confirmed all the work done.

Was able to book my car in for a transmission oil change within a very short time prior to Christmas. Staff were efficient and explained the work, kept me updated and the car was ready at the time quoted. Very satisfied customer

I had my X4M Competition model serviced. Abs looked after everything from calling the night before to organising the new tyres and tracking I needed. Excellent service and manner from him. A credit to Sytner!
