In the good old days you did not feel…

In the good old days you did not feel like a number when you walked into the showroom for a service. Now its a quick turnaround culture and unfortunately the cars are not even given a thorough clean like in the good old days. However I was met with a lovely young lady by the name of Nabeela and she was extremely polite and has a nice chat whilst waiting and made a great coffee on my three visits as my car was not ready on the same day as they needed to order parts.
