Excellent service from Reading Audi
Excellent service from the moment I drove in. Was warmly greeted by Sylvie then handed over to Alex who was informative, friendly and answered all my questions. My review was sent by Michael with my health check video and the work needed was carried out quickly and efficiently and covered by my Audi warranty. Alex informed me when the vehicle was ready and all in a great experience. Will be coming back for my service soon.

Great service from service department
Great service coming to Reading yesterday from start to finish. Alex and Michael from the service department were very helpful kept in contact throughout the day to update me about the progress of my car. Was able to get a quiet room on site so I continuing working whilst waiting. Took longer than anticipated but I know the work would have got done to a good standard. Thank you!

I brought my 2 year old Q4 in for a…
I brought my 2 year old Q4 in for a routine service on 18/9 at 7.50am. I had a service plan and mentioned there was a problem with the charging system at the time of booking. I expected to collect the car later that afternoon. I told them I needed the car back that day.
At 3.30 I chased the car for an update and to confirm the time I could collect the car. I was told as the car was brought in late it was not looked at until 1pm and needed a software update and the car would not be ready until Monday or Tuesday. The car had been dropped off at 7.50 and seemed to be first there! No hire courtesy car was available and I went the whole weekend with no car.
Alex insisted the engineer would start the software update on Friday evening and someone would be in to check progress on Saturday and restart if needed. He even offered to pop in and call me - I received no update.
Needing to get to my office on Tuesday insisted on a courtesy car just in case. My car was available on Monday but I had to again chase for an update. I would have expected the team reach out to me in the circumstances
Would I use you again? Probably not, communication was poor and it was disappointing to be told the car was dropped off late as an excuse which was clearly not the case
