Nothing was too much trouble
Nothing was too much trouble, my salesman Mark Marriot was great to deal with and any questions I asked, were answered straight away.
The car I went to purchase was ready and waiting for a test drive as soon as I arrived at the dealership (so no hanging around ) and a deal was quickly struck.
On pickup day the paperwork was quickly sorted and an informative handover before I drove from the showroom,

Ordered and collected a new Q5
We had a test drive on the new Q5 in April and loved it so ordered a new one from North Wales Audi and collected it in September. Georgia Phillips dealt with us and was very helpful and phoned us with updates etc. The new car is fantastic.

Mark Willingham was really helpful, the cars I originally went into look at were a A1 & A2 sportback, I ended up with a Audi A3 saloon S line black edition (stunning car) Mark knew everything about the car I was looking at, every question he knew the answer, knew his job inside out, nothing was too much for him, very polite, funny.. was not pressured into buying any extras, on handed over day it went very smoothly. Mark went through all the functions and adjusted the car colour interior from red to blue for me 😂 .. he is a credit to your company..

Our sales exec Jake was friendly and informative. Was happy to help and answer any question or queries we had. Car was hand delivered in the end due to an issue when the car arrived and the fact we couldn't drive to the audi center to pick up.

Customer experience at NW Audi - service.
The staff are really welcoming and helpful, there is a positive atmosphere at the garage. From the phone booking, to the actual car health check and MOT, I was kept informed e.g. date and time reminder, clear update re progress of work undertaken, phone call and message when the car was ready for collection. The whole process was seamless. The drop off/pick up transport between the garage and Llandudno is really good and timely. The service member of staff dealing with me was very effective and attentive - excellent communication skills. Thank you.

I was impressed by the friendly professional service of the Audi representative Frank.
He explained fully what the service entailed. He also explained how I could get a reminder from DVLA when the MOT was due.
All in all a brilliant introduction to dealing with Audi.
