I recently took my Audi A5 in for a service at Audi Leeds. The service itself was acceptable, but the valet was very poor. When you pay Audi prices, you expect a high standard across the whole visit — not just the workshop. The finish on the car suggested poor workmanship and a lack of respect for the customer. I guess the big companies care less about customer satisfaction anymore.

Proper Service
Dropped off my car at Leeds Audi for a recall issue, asked if it could be ready by early afternoon and it was done by 13:30; another Audi dealer I’ve used keeps it all day no matter what. The car also needs a Sat nav code upgrade which can take up to ten hours so they’ll book it in for two days and arrange a courtesy car; to get a courtesy car at the other dealership was met with oooh not sure we can do that. Leeds Audi has restored my faith in Audi service.

Shaun was fantastic in keeping me updated as to the status of my vehicle. The body shop was very accommodating in completing my service early as I needed my vehicle back sooner than expected. The detailing team did a brilliant job with my valet. The staff in the showroom were lovely, providing snacks and drinks throughout my wait. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

Always receive 5 Star service from the minute I arrive, to updates during the day & then exceeding the time I can pick it up makes it a pleasurable experience every time. Extremely friendly, positive, helpful & knowledgeable staff from Becky/Alec at the start of the process to Shaun throughout.

Good experience with Audi Leeds and…
Good experience with Audi Leeds and felt that i was very well looked after. The service team member Bridget went the extra mile to ensure my car was delivered back to me repaired, and assured me everything would be taken care of after a software recall and some warranty works, Bridget gave me an update on the first day and assured me everything was going to plan, i collected the car the next day, the car was clean and tidy. All the works completed.
so a big thank you to Bridget and the Team :-)
Note: I have used other Audi dealers in the past and not had very good experience's, so it was nice to have a good experience for once.

First Class Service
I was kept up to date throughout my MOT and optional vehicle check. When I got my car back it had been cleaned inside and out. The works were carried out in timely fashion and the Audi team looked after me throughout with coffee and biscuits.

Took my Audi Q5 in for a recurring issue which has returned every time after they state that it has been resolved. they dont call you back. Probably the worst customer experience from any service department ive seen. Avoid Sytner Group Audi at all costs. no call backs

Shaun in service went above and beyond, whilst being very professional in his approach, very easy to deal with and demonstrating a very high level of customer empathy. In summary some remedial work on turbo boost pipe was completed on goodwill / zero cost basis within parts and completion within 24 hours. That’s outstanding customer service and support, thank you.
