I can't believe I fell for this scam, lost €50, bought a bra in April been a month waiting, they don't send, don't acknowledge emails or messages, and now from this week their email server is non-existent

"I never received the bra I paid for. My money was not refunded, and none of my inquiries — including my refund request — were answered. As a result, access to their website is now denied in my country. "

I placed an order and still haven’t received it.

These are great bras, but DO NOT order from their website. You won't get your order and they don't respond to emails, not even when you say you're going to report them.
Also, to be honest you can get them cheaper elsewhere.

I really love the bras from this company, but their customer service seems to be non-existent. I placed an order back in January and still haven’t received it. I’ve emailed their customer service multiple times and haven’t heard anything back. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I ordered on 25/01/25 and never received my items, despite several emails and messages via socials, no reply, nothing. I’ve had to dispute the transaction with my bank.

Syrokan do not honour their returns policy. Unfortunately, great bras, I just needed to change size really but I'm stuck on a page with my return under review since 2nd November. My credit card co. is now dealing with them. Very dissatisfied.

Does not honor refund policy or reply to emails. Avoid at all costs

Syrokan does not process returns or refunds.
Original delivery took longer than expected as goods are shipped from China to UK.
Not able to return unsuitable items as the company does not respond or provide the return label. The return page just shows it is in review.
I had to request a chargeback through my bank
I was surprised as the company was featured in high profile media like New York Times.
