Outstanding
In one lesson we could see the difference in our daughters group approach. She is having a blast while learning to be a super collaborator. Each child brings their unique personality and ideas. It’s amazing to listen to the laughter mixed in with serious collaboration to solve actual problems. They aren’t letting their differences get in the way of solutions. They are bringing out the best in each other and finding value in their strengths.

School that is very relevant
My daughter is very happy with Synthesis, gives her a very different experience from regular school, tapping her true potential as to what really matters and what skills stays relevant through her learning years!
Emphasizes working with others and being a team player, under new challenges and very delightful to see kids rise to these challenges and not be afraid!

Worth spending time and money
I got curious when I read about Synthesis a while ago from one of the trusted followers and why he is invested in it. I read the principles and what's missing from the standard schooling. All those sounds theoretically appealing and wanted to give it a shot for few months to see if that theory holds in practice.
I will say that I am not at all disappointed. My son has been enjoying all the sessions I signed up for him and he is having a blast. He loves collaboration, curious about solving puzzles and this course feeds his curiosity well.

Collaboration and Conflict Resolution Practice
I love how Synthesis is helping my son collaborate with his peers. While he thinks he’s playing a game with friends (from all over the world), the bigger lesson is learning how to most effectively use his voice to achieve his team goals.

Super
Leadership, teamwork, problem solving, failing fast, grit, respect, listening . . . . Did you learn these qualities in school? If so, was it with a group of people of all ages, diverse backgrounds, in different locations? Was it virtual - much like the day-to-day work for the 21st century?
Synthesis is learning by doing. Sink-or-swim . . . figure it out together . . . respectfully . . . . learn and grow . . . don't give up. All guided 100% of the time by caring, knowledgeable adults who are focused on the HOW and WHY more than the actual result. While my 7-year old son is focused on "playing" the game, the teachers and facilitators are guiding his development. Once he became so frustrated, he quit mid-class and logged off. The teacher and I spoke that day and soon after she suggested he think of a way to help the class improve their listening skills. By involving him more when he quit, not less, he became more engaged. He never walked out of class again.
This is not a "teach-for-the test" program. This is a teach-for-real-life program. Fantastic!

Enhanced confidence and problem-solving skills
Synthesis is precisely the way our 13-year-old loves to learn - solving problems collaboratively. It was a lifesaver after two years of online schooling. We feel much better about him returning to brick-and-mortar in the fall. We have no doubt that Synthesis has enhanced his confidence, critical thinking and teamwork skills.

My son lives it
My son lives it. It's the only thing that can tear him away from playing Fortnite and Roblox without a fuss. I have seen an improvement in his thought process and interactions with his peers. I would definitely recommend Synthesis.

Christian@Synthesis, Thank You
Pratham Pandey, 13 years, lives in Pune India. He researched on Synthesis and joined in Jan 2022.The games are designed to create tensions and tradeoffs that our kids will encounter in the real world.
As a parent, I see Pratham has cultivated a collaborative approach to solving problems, has become adaptable to lateral thinking, negotiates the best solutions to suit his needs/wants, has become a global citizen and developed a global approach to problems. He participates in the home team once a week to collaborate and play simulations together with his cohorts in the free-play sessions. Does not shy away from more Synthesis in his life.
Parent Orientation Play Sessions got me hooked on to the games and enabled one more conversation platform between me and my son.

Synthesis is transformative for students who are ready to embrace the complexity and joys of sharing and learning
We searched far and wide for ways that our son could put his love of technology art and collaboration into action. Synthesis truly is a synthesis of all of these and more. We have so much respect for the excellent teachers and students. Synthesis continues amaze us and encourages us to see the complex future that our children will engage in with curiosity excitement and hope.

This is just what my 2e boy needed
This is just what my 2e boy needed, especially in the covid era where social opportunities with like minded children are curtailed. He loves it. His teacher provides very good feedback also which is a great help

Need more of this
Synthesis is one of the best things that happened to my son after these pandemic times. One year in and he is waiting every week for the synthesis day. If one day they become a full-time school, we would sign up immediately.

I love the periodical review&feedback…
I love the periodical review&feedback so parents know what's going on each week. The feedback is very clear to follow for the minors and is structured in a way to direct their attention to a specific area(s) . The instructors are well trained to guide through the activities and full of energy . All in all, a very well designed program with passion in children's education.

Kids actually need to engage and use their brain to figure this out. Very limited instructions from teacher empower the children to collaborate to find the solution together going through multiple fails and not giving up. Real life scenario preparation.

Developing Collaboration Through Leadership
We have been using Synthesis for a little over a month and have nothing but great things to say! The teachers are attentive, engaging and work so hard at making it a fun experience for all. Today I noticed what really sets Synthesis apart from other programs, and for us it’s the mentoring techniques used by the teachers to develop a deep understanding of collaboration in their students. I’m so very impressed and look forward to having my son spend more time in the program.

My son loves Synthesis
My son loves Synthesis. We’ve been enjoying it all through the school year and into summer now. I asked him if he’d like to do a little extra work over summer break to stay on top of everything for September. He said, “no thank you.” Lol. I asked if we should stop synthesis then too and he was horrified at just the thought. He loves synthesis and barely realizes he is learning but really, he’s learning so much. I’m very impressed and pleased.
