I ordered a sunglass from their webshop and just wear to check how it looks..I didn’t like the sunglass and returned it immediately within less than one hour after receiving it

I would like to make a complain having received very bad customer service from your staff today.
I bought my glasses on 29th April and was told it would be ready in 2-3 weeks' time. However, it has been 4 weeks since then and I did not receive any messages.
Therefore I poped into the branch to explain the situation. Your staff did not even let me finish my sentence. It turns out the glasses was ready two week ago.
As for the SMS message, your staff told me it was sent but I checked in my phone straight away and I even showed her there was no message at all.
What was the most annoying was she didn't even acknowledge there was something that went wrong and meanwhile I had to wait an extra two weeks for no reason.
The very least she could do is acknowledge something did go wrong and give an appropriate response instead of this “Well, here it is now so what the hell do you what you idiot?” Kind of attitude.
Very terrible customer service and I will be leaving bad reviews everywhere.
My number is 31 18 71 58 if you would like to further investigate on this which any good management should to be honest. This was at the Købermagergade branch.
Update: I’m going to add I have respect to the manager because I sent an email to the shop after I left and straight away she called me to understand the situation. She was great but that staff who ‘served’ me was inadequate and terrible.

4 og ikke 5 stjerner pga. at man skal anvende nem ID og ikke mit ID når der skal logges på deres hjemmeside.

in the salon I was not very well received for eye control, I paid 289 crowns and I was not informed about astigmatism!!!! in the next optician I was examined for free and very professionally and there I was informed about my defect in a correct way!! the price of glasses is about 2000 crowns in an optician just a few meters away professional and free examination and I bought glasses for 865 crowns!!
For me the worst optik In city i was In 3 optik And This was really the worst ….

I came to Synoptik explaining that I had headaches and had dropped contact lenses because of that, but would like to use lenses again. They told me to get a new "synsprøve". First I said "no thanks", cause I had gotten one at Synoptik a year ago and my view did not change. But they told me it was for free, so I came for the test. After the test they asked me to pay 298kr because "the test if for free unless you've got headaches and need lenses etc". They were just so sweet and professional during the test: what a trap, amazing that members of staff can't talk together, that one offers something for free and the other one charges for it once everything is done. In the family it's jsut one of many bad experiences with synoptik: just try any other opticians, I strongly recommend to stay away from them.

I recently visited the Synoptik Outlet in Herlev and was very impressed with the professional approach - both the extensive eye testing and how individual needs were addressed. Furthermore, the young lady ("Marianne"), who helped me think out what I would need (given the eye test), was extremely professional and made it easy for me to make the right decisions.

My second review.. same store. Short version.
Got my eyes check for glasses.. turned out it’s the wrong diopter.. it gets changed… in the meantime I had to call 4 times to get it reported to the insurance company, finally it got reported..
I go back to get contact lenses and the doctor suggest that we change something in measurements so that I get a better quality lenses… it turns out not good, I call on Wednesday to change back to the original measurements.. I go on Monday to check because nobody picks up the phone for hours… turns out nobody ordered anything… I’m going to a different center.
I’m so angry. This is not a good service.
I am not mad for Synoptik, but that one store in Gammel Kongevej is not doing a good job.. or I am the dumb who cannot answer the questions properly.. I don’t know..

The staff are really nice, especially Jeanna at Frederiksberg store. She was very patient with me and helped me in trying out the contact lenses (it was my first time). She gave me free samples to try at home and see if that is something that I want. I had a great experience at the store and will recommend to Synoptik to anyone who needs eyewear
