Syncvo.com, run by Reza Taky, is a scam operation. They take money from clients but never pay participants or even their own employees. The business model is simply to collect money without honoring any obligations.

Do not be misled by the fact that they still have an online presence - this company is not legitimate. They exploit the ease of setting up such schemes in the UK and continue operating unchecked. Avoid Syncvo at all costs.

Do not let this company continue unchecked. Even if you cannot afford legal action, you can officially report them. Here are the official UK bodies where you should file a complaint:
• Action Fraud (National Fraud & Cyber Crime Reporting Centre)
• Companies House (report fraudulent companies)
• UK Insolvency Service (complain about a company/director)

They scamed me for 3500 Euros. Got the work done but never paid!

I simultaneously completed three research projects for Syncvo last summer and fall - completed in-depth telephone interviews as a subcontractor and wrote a report. The total owed is almost $12K. I have yet to see a single dollar. In March of this year, in exchange for agreeing to waive late fees and interest, Syncvo's Chief Strategy Officer promised a payment plan - $500 a month until the principal was paid. No payments have been made - there is always something happening that prevents payment. So, think twice before doing any contract work for Syncvo, and if you are a client, think twice before retaining them to do your research - their behavior will reflect poorly on you.

The payment is pending for a long while. I have tried recovering it in various ways but it is in vein. Sometime the person looks like a good person who is trying to pay me back. But in general, its more than 1 years and I have jumped through several hoops. So yes, deal with him at your own peril!

Took part in a research on appliances. Enjoyed it. Would take part again!

The facilities were nice, and it was clear that the agency had put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and welcoming environment - I personally haven’t had any issues.

Absolute scam. I completed an interview but was never paid. I alerted the pharmaceutical company that hired them, who were very concerned.

THEY HAVE OWED ME HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FOR 3 STUDIES FOR 8 MONTHS NOW AND HAVENT PAID ME ANYTHING. AND IGNORE ME FOR MONTHS, BLOCK ME, AND DONT PAY. AFTER LIES FOR MONTHS ABOUT PAYMENT DATES

Syncvo has owed us for an unpaid invoice from 8 months ago. They didn't respond to any emails until we publicly shamed them. They promised to pay last month but didn't, and then went silent again. Get paid upfront by them.

No issues, payment made on time, research went as planned

I did a car buying research for this company and it was very interesting. The recruiter was very polite and helpful. I got paid in the said time, very happy 😃

I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews about this company and not paying but I received payment today for a recent market research which was around the time expected. Ashan has been particularly helpful through the process.

I've done a consultation for them in Summer 2023 for which I never got paid. The CEO of the organization called me personally to explain te reason which at the time seemed sincere but I believe this was just a way to cover up a 'scam'! I've followed up multiple times but to no avail! They still owe me 350 EUR !

I was Offered a Market Research Project regarding my next Purchase of a Vehicle… from The Above Company.

I have to say it was very very interesting , all went smoothly and for sure I would Participate again with them, all professional and kept me up to date with Zoom Links and further info…

Also I was Paid within said time, which is also a Bonus.

I did a study with them in September and I still have not been paid. They last communicated with me in October and I have been emailing them constantly. My last email was kicked back to me saying that their email address doesn't exist anymore. I am very upset with this company. I gave them sensitive information and I feel used.

This company is a scam. I did a market research study last year in September and I never got paid. They've been ignoring my emails about payment. I've seen several people complain about their scamming behaviour.

I completed a survey for them back in December of 2023. I was supposed to have been paid and was communicated that initially in the email as well as from the client after the survey. I have not heard back I have emailed and tried to call the number from the website but it is not working. Not sure what happened or what is really going on
