i wish there was a minus 1 rating

i wish there was a minus 1 rating. the company cancelled our holiday cottage by email. We have been trying to contact them on all channels of communication for the last 6 hours and there is no response. dreadful!

Great communication

Great communication, welcome gifts and a little hidden gem of a barn. Fabulous views and a pub 400 yards away with the most amazing home cooked food

Lovely property for a family holiday

The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed for our holiday. The games room was an added bonus. Views from the bedrooms were spectacular.
One thing spoilt it, as happened last year. A neighbour parked one of his vehicles at the bottom of the drive and only moved it on the morning we left. Maybe someone should have a word with him and ask him to park it further along, not opposite a driveway.

Poor communication!

The original cottage we booked was removed from the site AFTER we queried why there were no further dates available! Found it very difficult to contact Sykes. It took several days until we could talk to a person.
