Ordered a club logo cotton officials t-shirt which cost over £20 with postage. It is unwearable. Really poor quality material, too thick to be practical for wearing in a hot swimming pool. The logo and official embroidery are really cheaply attached so they scratch on the inside. And they have a really unfriendly zero returns policy. Will be encouraging our club to change supplier.

Last winter I joined a group of friends in starting an open water swimming group. We all decided as part of the kit requirements to invest in a Superbobble hat. We all have them now (about 35 in the group) and we all love them... perfect for some head-up breaststroke in our lake in Worcestershire and for warming us up post swim. I'd definitely recommend them and I'll be getting myself another design in the autumn. Easy to navigate website and good service all round with a prompt delivery.

I recently bought my nephew an all in one Swimzi in black and red as he has started openwater swimming this summer for the first time. It's great when he is down at the lake, really easy for using before and after the swim and he tells me mega comfy when driving home. The website was easy to use and straight forward with the item turning up the next day which is what I paid for with the Track 24.

We bought our daughter her new Swimzi costume because her best friend in her lane had one and recommended them to us. She loves the Black web design, the fit was comfortable and the shipment arrived on time.

I recently took up open water swimming after having an operation, and it’s been an incredible experience! Knowing how cold it could get in winter, I did some research into headwear—and that’s when I discovered Superbobble. I decided to give one of their hats a try, and honestly, it’s the best bobble hat I’ve ever bought!

The quality and design is outstanding, especially the super soft luxury Sherpa lining, and I love the reflective yarn—it adds both style and visibility.

The website was really easy to use, and delivery was impressively fast. I’m already thinking of buying a few more as Christmas presents for friends and family. Highly recommended!

I'm a keen rambler and I recently did my first summer trip to Ben Nevis in Scotland. I had been bought a new Superbobble for my birthday and after a reminder packed it for my trip. Thank goodness I did as we had mixed weather and by the time we got up to the higher slopes it was surprisingly cold. Superbobble to the resue and the feeling of warmth has never felt so needed. the design was the black Nordic which went with my hiking gear. Looks great and did the job perfectly. My wife says it was easy to order and arrived when expected.

I have recently returned from our cruise around the Norwegian fjords and have to say that my hat was much needed even in early May. Loved the warmth and fit and had lots of people making positive comments and sharing admiring glances (which is a first, haha). Only decided to invest a week before we left but there were no problems with the delivery and my Superbobble turned up the next day with track24. I went for the Nordic style with looked just the part.

Bought this and am really pleased with the quality, fit and fabric. Great value for money. Great service arrived on time, very happy with my purchase.

Really helpful Customer Service.
I wanted one of their onsies but was unsure of the size to get. They helped me choose the correct size by providing all the measurements I asked for over a number of email. They were very understanding of my situation and happy to oblige.

We bought our two children who are both competitive swimmers the Swimzi 'Build a Bottle'. To be honest it was pester power that eventually got to us as most of their squad already had the bottles. Great quality product and the kids absolutely love them and spent ages choosing their coloured band combinations and lid options. Delivery by the Company was prompt and arrived within 48hrs.

Rubbish customer service, on 2 occasions ordered 2 personalised swim hats and on both occasions only one sent. When enquired about missing hats on both occasions they said that the orders were checked prior to posting and were correct, so basically tough !!

There was a mistake where my daughter's personalised swim cap wasn't delivered. My rating isn't for the mistake (it happens), it was the service after. They sent another, free of charged by separate, tracked delivery. My 9 year daughter loves it.

I bought a tracksuit top for my daughter from Swimzi. It cost me £50 so I expected quality. What I got was a thin jacket with no cuffs or waistband and no lining. It has rough seams sewn throughout the inside of the jacket so would be uncomfortable to wear as a jacket. It couldn’t be worn poolside between races as it has no lining and wouldn’t do anything to keep the swimmer warm. I have asked for a refund so I can swap it for a hoodie which would keep my daughter warm and dry and could be worn outside to and from sessions but Swimzi have declined because I had my daughter’s name added. Really poor customer service and shockingly bad quality of the items sold. Avoid.

Club swim towels are low quality, thin material for a premium price. The custom name printed on the towels are cut off. Seriously disappointed after ordering 4 towels as gifts.

I used this dry robe all winter, changing on the beach in chilly Brighton. The robe is absolutely superb. Really well designed and brilliant quality. A lot of thought has obviously been put into its design and when you are putting it on after a cold swim, with numbed fingers, it really comes into its own. Cannot recommend it too highly.

I recently purchased a swimzi and superbobble from the Swimzi store and I could not be more impressed. As a once national swimmer, it has always been so important for me to keep warm on poolside or straight after training. With these two items, I do not have to worry about being cold anymore! Both items are excellent quality, wash easily and super comfortable. Also a young person who is conscious of the environment, I feel assured that these items of clothing with last a very long time and are more sustainable. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I heard so many great things about the quality of the XK Swimzi Changing Robe I finally relented and purchased last week when they came back into stock.
I paid the extra for a next day delivery which duly arrived and allowed me to test it out last weekend.
I must say quality of the product is absolutely fantastic, with the features having been really thought about and the lining incredibly soft. You really get the feeling Swimzi understand swimmers.
Website was easy to operate with free P&P.
All round I'm delighted with my purchase and will spread the word in our community as much as I can.

They are ok but when there is an issue customer services really let the company down. I placed two orders on the same day recently. One order standard delivery and one order express ‘next day’ delivery. The next day order didn’t arrive next day. In fact both orders arrived together so their express deliver isn’t worth the extra money. I went by their own website which claims next day delivery if the order is placed before midday. Customer services were stroppy and not at all apologetic that paying extra for fast delivery actually gets you nothing!!!
