Paid a lot for this watch. After a few uses the screen went dark and is now unusable. Cannot get the courage to throw out this expensive watch. Brought one when it first came out.

Costumer service is the worst
Costumer service is the worst. The watch took six weeks to be deliver. Once I got the watch the first time I try to use it it froze and I hat to wait until the battery ran out to charge it again. When I finally got to use it I realize that all you can do is count laps and use it as timer, but the lap count is inaccurate some time it will not count a lap I just did, and sometimes it will be just standing and it will count a lap. Try to see if I just did not know how to use the watch, so I went on line and watch the videos and read recommendations, but when I try to use it again it froze one more time. When I was able to use it again, the miss counting continue. I reached costumer service, but since all communication is only by email, it takes a while to get a conversation going. I asked about returning the watch and they said that the policy was 14 days for me to return the watch, (I was three days late) so there was nothing they can do. They asked me to send pictures and video showing the problem so they can fix it as part of the warranty.

Hello Oscar, first of all, we are happy to say that all past issues with the delivery time have been resolved and in most cases Swimmo ships out in three days from the date of the order.
As for the technical issues we are always happy to help our customers in a timely fashion and as you said - we have offered to fix your watch as part of our warranty policy as standard practice dictates.
We'd like to point out that the Swimmo watch is much, much more than just a lap counter and includes such features as pulse and calories tracking, pace tracking and intelligent vibrations system that allows swimmers to improve their pace and intensity while in the pool. That's just a few of over 30 swimming features available for Swimmo users.

I was hoping this watch would do everything I needed.
From order to delivery took almost 2 months
The watch finally arrived and the only positive is that the screen is bright.
You can't swim sets
You can't vary your swim outside of a program
The watch does not track lengths correctly - skipping them
I sent the watch back after the first day and I still have not had my money back after them promising to deal with it.
This company is all marketing and PR - stick to a garmin

As for the feature set, it is described in details on our website and we also plan multiple free software updates to add new features to Swimmo in the coming months.
As part of this program, we have already solved distance tracking inaccuracies from many edge cases and Swimmo is successfully used by thousands of swimmers who on average tracked 26000 meters on their Swimmo watches.
