My stuff didn’t even get sent and I spent 100$ absolutely terrible site, tried contacting them and they never got back to me. Absolute scam

I received a defective swim suit from Swimhoney.com.
When I contacted the Swimhoney Customer Service with the request to send me a return label for a defective swim suit to receive a full refund (on 7/23/2018), they offered to keep my order for a partial refund of $12 (on 7/29/18).
They neither sent me a return label nor issued a $12 compensation refund so far, although I contacted them several times (the last time - on 1/27/2019).

P.S. They change 1-star reviews to 5-star ones on their website!!!

This is crap clothing from China! I placed the order on their website not knowing it was coming from China or the poor quality. As soon as I finish putting my credit card information in it took me off of the website. No shipping confirmation,no order confirmation and no way to choose any type of shipping or where it was coming from. After not receiving my order for weeks later I tried to email the company of course with no response. I finally receive it five weeks after placing the order and it is such crap. The cuts are all wrong, the sizes are all wrong. Some of the swimsuits did not even have all of the parts to make up the whole swimsuit. I emailed the company since there is no other formal way of contacting them and they gave me the runaround wanting me to send them pictures of every single thing I ordered. Knowing good and well they know exactly what I ordered. They offered me a $20 credit and told me to give them to charity because it would cost them too much money in shipping to return it. I had to dispute it with a credit card company

Just got my swim suit. Material is not what mention in the description. Poor quality of fabric and suing. Sorry that I didnt read the reviews here before my ordering. When you trying to put a negative review on their site it changes to 5 star when submitting.
Terrible!

DON'T EVEN GET TEMPTED TO PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered the item with express delivery method (paying $15 to have the product delivered 5-7 business days) it never arrived and when I complained the answer was 5-7 days means 7-9 days!!!!
And don't let me start on the quality and shape of the item I purchased.
And worst of all, they don't honor returns although they say return is accepted.... but they tell you , the return address is in China and it might/will get lost and no refund is provided in that case, therefore get $15 refund and be happy.... how frustrating and unpleasant this purchase was... I can't even explain.

Company is a con, bikini bottoms were too small and thin, the top way too big. Unwearable rubbish. Don't get attracted by the pics on their site and facebook, they are probably pinched off an unsuspecting company. Bikini was sent from China. Terrible customer service, no one to speak to, keep getting random generic emails sent to me, still waiting for a returns address after a month, Plus they have said I have to pay for the returns postage to China even though I am sending back due to their manufacturing errors. Disgraceful. I don't know if this is the same company (if you can call it that) as Swim Lemon but they are just as bad. AVOID BOTH AT ALL COSTS
