Ross and Jay were really can do and nothing was too much trouble. They listened carefully to us and made a stressful move far easier.

Excellent service by crew of Mariusz, Junior, James & Ryan. Most helpful with a difficult access to my property.

Where do I begin? Firstly they were meant to be at the house to help move at 11am, they turned up over 3 hours late a little after 2pm?
No apology for their lateness at all.

I proceeded to help the first removal man. The second van turned up another 30 minutes late. The guys proceeded to help complaining about how many hours they did on the job saying once they worked up until 11pm? After half an hour they took a half an hour break?

3 hours later after filling both vans 6 items were still left in the house which they said they wouldn't be returning for? As you could imagine this put me under a great deal of distress as we needed the house emptied and keys handed back into estate agents. After having to speak to their boss they were told to return for the 6 items.

When getting to my new home one of the vans hit our wall the other van hit our gates causing damage! I could not believe it! The guys were complaining that they had worked for 12 hours and didn't even apologise for hitting our wall and gate?

Further more the company have said because 'they underestimated' how much stuff we had and had to return for 6 items they are trying to bill us for another 200 pounds? Apparently Tony who is the owner said it was in the terms and conditions? What terms and conditions Tony we were never given a copy of terms and conditions or signed anything?

To make matters even worse days after unpacking everything and going through our possessions with a fine tooth comb it appears our projector screen is missing? Strange considering I handed it to one of the removal men and said 'be careful with that it's a projector screen.' This has not been seen since? I watched the first van emptied as I helped. Although I returned back to the other property with the first van to obtain the 6 items left behind. So unfortunately I wasn't there to see the second van emptied. So I can only take the word of the owner who claims to have checked the van at 8pm at night?

I would advise anyone against using this company unless you want a so called 'reputable company' causing damage to your property, losing your possessions, not taking ownership for any problems and trying to charge you extra after they underestimate a job. My advice look elsewhere for another removal firm!
