Best deal for non fault accident drivers
This insurance provider was the best value for me after having a no fault of my own car accident . They obviously took into consideration that the accident was caused by the third party and didn’t up my insurance premiums as a result. I’ve been a road user for 46 years and never had an accident until someone failed to use their mirrors and drove straight into me. Lots of companies bump up the rates of non fault drivers but not this one. The whole process was done on line. No hidden costs, every part of cover was optional and clearly costed for me.So 5 stars from me Paul Hertfordshire

Pay the extra £20 and go with a more reputable company
Home Insurance with emergency cover - Outside tap came off in my hand one evening and I managed to turn water off to the house. Phoned Swift as we had no water to the house in the summer. On the phone I explained we need a plumber to be able to get water. Guy on the phone kept saying we don’t replace outside taps. I repeatedly said, not fussed about the tap but do need water to the house for showers, drinking, washing etc. they were useless. Phoned an emergency plumber who turned up and said each tap has a valve on the pipe that you can turn off. Did that for the garden tap and water back on to the house. Swift tried to diagnose our problem over the phone with no experience or care. Save your money and spend an extra £20 on a better company! They won’t be there to help when something goes wrong!
