Ordered in the afternoon & order was there next morning.
No other company could match the prices.

I've bought natures diet from another outlet & been very happy with it but decided to buy online for convenience.

When the dog food turned up I though all the pouches had gone bad because they were full of gas. It turned out it was a combination of new packaging & extra jelly on top so the food was great, but when I call the women was short, aggressive said her bit & just as I was talking hung up on me!

I've worked in the food business & sales, I was not impressed.

It is a great product, at a good price & delivered quickly, but I wouldn't want to deal with her if I needed help, so I won't be buy from them again.

I have been really impressed with prices, availability and delivery. I will continue to check the web site when I need to replenish stocks.

Really pleased with swell pets - their prices for Arden Grange 12kg chicken and rice are competitive, and I like getting free, next day delivery when I buy 2 bags. This time I had an offer code which didn't work, but when I emailed them, they sent me a code to use next time instead, which was great.

I wanted to give 5 stars, the play pen, crate and travel case I bought are good quality for the price really happy with them but there was a mix up on the size of the travel crate. Swell pets were very good and sorted really quickly. I will definitely purchase again hopefully next time I'll be able to give 5 stars.

It was great to find mixed bulk dog food & his favourite treat.

1st time I have used Swell Pets but I had to get in contact with them as my next day delivery didn't happen (it was 3 days late) and when it did arrive the contents were damaged. Really nice guy on phone sorted refund on damaged goods and was very polite. Will use them again but hopefully I won't encounter the same delivery problems with Parcel Force as it was extremely BAD!!!!!!

First time I have used Swell Pets. The item I bought was a good price compared to other places even with postage. They delivered within a day or so too.

Ordered 2 x 12kg bags of Iams dog food on the 10/10/14 at 2.40pm and they were delivered at about 1.30 the next day. Not only was the delivery much quicker than I expected but the price was less than all the other sites I looked at. Great service from Swll Pets.

Great items bought, one a dog cage, the second a water holder for the same item. Would have been nice if there was a link on the website to show both items at the same item. ie People who have bought the cage also bought the water feeder. Not a issue just would have sped things up and possibly generated more business !!!

This was my first order with swell pets ( I'm normally a Fetch customer) and I was very disappointed with the service I received. I placed my order Friday afternoon so expected my delivery Tuesday although there was no confirmation of when it would come at all or who with......well it didn't arrive !!! Apparently there was a problem with the courier but I received no information until I emailed Tuesday evening to ask where it was. I would've thought a notice on the website or an email would've been a good idea. It arrived Wednesday lunchtime apparently I signed for it but seeing as I was at work I find that hard to believe!!!! Luckily my partner was home when it arrived, 2 wasted days waiting about when we're both self employed is hard to swallow for misplaced dog food!!! I have since been offered a 10% off voucher but I won't be using it !!!!!
