Very bad… I bought articles on the web site on the 9th of December and it was written I will receive them before the 18th of December but it was false…
On the 28th of December I did not receive my command… I can’t offer these gifts for Christmas to my family…

My order was shipped 3 times but did not get delivered and sent back by the courier, I suggest that Sweet Plaid should consider the delivery currieries who they are dealing with.
They have a great customer service and very professional team.
