This company purchased a Mold infested…

This company purchased a Mold infested home at 4505 Crescent Ave., Everett, WA in 2021 and improperly removed popcorn ceiling without permits, didn’t obtain permits for the city to do any wiring or any structural work. The deck was removed without a permit. They continue doing so until they reported to the city of Everett. Two people died in this home from the mold exposure to other relatives and two other relatives in the same year too but relatives daughter and niece died of lung cancer, and the husband died of lung cancer associated with this house. The owner intentionally did all this seemingly to conceal all the damage in the home to try to flip it without the publics knowledge or disclosure. They left hazardous waste outside and bags including the popcorn ceiling that was removed, the exercise no hazmat caution, and they fully intend to sell this house without attending any permits or any safety measures until they report to the city in the city force them to get permits. While the company may choose to try to deny all of this, we live in the age of technology weather is photo and video of the condition of the home, so, if you buy homes from this group, be careful, because when the people died in this home, the condition that it was left in with all the mold and all the toxicity is recorded and was sent to the city and is available. I personally would not buy a home from somebody who chose to ignore the law and buy a house that people died in and then tried to conceal all of what killed them. The fact that four people died associated with this home with the toxic mold that this person tried to cover up speaks louder than all of the positive testimonials I see on here.
