I got what I ordered very timely

I was caught up in the tariff go-around when I purchased the coffee, so it cost more than I expected. Other than that, the delivery was ok, and the coffee is excellent.

Of course easy to order fast delivery good quality product Thanks, I will be back for more.

Much too expensive for the shipping and the tax costs.
In addition one of my Kalles Caviar was broken upon arrival.

Excellent experience and easy to order goods and they were delivered within a few days to the USA.

I bought several items from here and paid a ridiculous amount for shipping because I needed them for an event. I specifically paid for 1–2 day Express shipping.

I received a purchase confirmation and an email stating that my order was being processed and would be shipped out shortly. A week passed with no shipment, so I emailed to check on the status and received no response. Another week went by, and the order still hadn’t shipped.

At that point, the event I needed the items for had already passed, so I requested a refund. I received no response to that either, and ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

It really sucks because Swedish products can be difficult to find in the U.S., and I was excited to find a place to order them from. Unfortunately, based on my experience with the extremely delayed shipping and complete lack of communication, I would avoid ordering from this place.

I had ordered the items with EU delivery. Had received detailed support from Mr. Simon. Thank you!

There was a problem with delivery in that three tubes of the toothpaste I ordered failed to be included in the shipment. I sent an email and almost immediately received a reply acknowledging the problem and offering two ways to resolve it (immediately shipping the remaining items, or refunding me the undelivered items and excess shipping). Because I had been hit with unexpected extra tariffs from UPS, I chose the refund, fearing I might have to pay even more tariffs, and they generously refunded me some of the extra tariff as well, which was not their fault, and goes above and beyond their responsibility. All this in a friendly, personal, and efficient way.

Great service, fast delivery and quick reply from the customer service. They were very glad to help and resolve any issues. I warmly recommend!

They just took 135 dollars from me in October have not sent me a tracking is not responding to my email I am trying to track down what card I used so I can call the bank and let them know it’s fraud.

I made an order and did not receive any confirmation after 1.5 weeks. I contacted them via email- 3 xs- no response. I texted the owner. Received a short message- we will respond soon. Still no response after more than 2 weeks. Not serious.

Ordered to the UK over a weekend, received the items I ordered after 3 working days which was more than reasonable. Was a bit concerned at first, after reading the reviews, but cannot say I had a bad experience whatsoever. (Edit: I received my order the day after it was shipped)

Note that the delivery fees can be quite high when ordering perishable goods, but this is down to the pricing of the UPS Express Delivery and not the store.

All in all good experience and got a nice taste of home (which is needed as the food in the UK is garbage). Will definitely order again.

Very easy and fast !

I just made a big order, no confirmation given if the payment was successfully or any email given about the order. Problem the money of the payment was deducted. I sent them one support mail, not yet any reply from there. Therefor I checked out this site if it is scam or not. But I really dont hope so. First impressions was good, but high prices. They just have to fix their site and support service. More user friendly. I will see who this ends, but I hope I will receive everything in time what I order without any other issues. Better look for other site, so you will not have the bad experience I got with them now.
