you got it on this site... Tired of going around all sort of places to find old kind of light bulb I desperately needed, I took a look on the web and found this site. Well, they got it, at good prices, they sent it to me pretty quickly. What else to say?

In summary, yes I will do it again.

I bought some OSRAM 50W Halopar bulbs for my Miele cooktop vent and bulbs I purchased were clearly not the same brightness as what came with the unit. Same brand and model of bulb was requested.

Bulbs were inexpensive, but you get what you pay for.

Bought a europeen double-oven that works really well, but could not find lamps in North America at a reasonable price. SVETILA had them in stock with a good price. Thanks again.

After a certain delay, I asked about the situation of my order. I didn't get any answer. Despite that, after a while I got the right goods in perfect conditions.

Goods arrived broken. Never been able to get an answer to my e-mails, but they shipped again the goods without any charge. Trusty and serious seller.

I had some problem with last order, but all was resolved in a feww time, very fast shipping also in august

I ordered two bulbs that are very delicate. I spent over $50 on my order. When my shipment arrived, BOTH of my bulbs were broken into bits. I have emailed the company TWICE, asking them how I go about receiving replacement bulbs or a refund. They haven't even RESPONDED!!! I will never order from this company again.. and neither should you.

Ordered these UV lamps and was informed they were not in stock, however payment had been taken. It took about a month to receive them. Was disappointed that the Company took severall prompts to answer my emails for delivery updates. On the day I cancelled the order they were dispatched. On the good side I could not buy these UV lamps in the UK, so very pleased I found someone who could supply them.

They are almost perfect. Would recomend to all my friends. 4 stars because they deleted my product review ones, probably becase it was quite bad.

I have Updated my rating to reflect that i do no longer feel that this store is a fraud, simply just a store with poor service.


*. I made my order without creating an account, but i have still been able to log on to check the order status every day until suddenly it said my email was not registered.

* the order status change mails you are refferring to (3) were all sent on the same day as i made the order. nothing updated after.

* after 10 days and 3 emails requesting information on my order I had heard absolutely nothing from anyone at the company until making this complaint, in which you replied within few hours. this does not imply good customer service.

I will do as you say, buy my bulbs somewhere else.

I made an order and chose by mistake wrong article, but they have arrange me correct one in one day and deliver. No problem, fast and GOOD SERVICE.
