Bad experience

Good and Reliable seller
I recently bought lamps on svetila.com and I'd like to spread my very good impression and feeling about this "internet" seller, even the goods was delivered 3 weeks after the order's date because of a temporary stock shortage. I now consider svetila.com as one of "my" new supplier for future needs.

Fast delivery, good prices
Although they didn't see I have made paypal payment after my order, I have to wait a week - don't know why is that becasuse PayPal transfers are seen after payment.
Nevertheless, good experience, good B2B prices and very fast delivery.

Supplier of bulb no longer available in UK
Needed a particular bulb which was no longer available from any UK supplier. Found Sverila on Google, impressed by service and, although quite expensive with DHL delivery, still cheaper than replacing light fitting.
