They replied after a week of my raising an issue and they were able to help me fix the problem with my thermal label printer. It wasn’t connecting to the usb of my laptop but they sent over a file for me to download which sorted out the problem.

Great experience! We had an accident as a result the screen broke, reached out to customer service to see what I could do and if they offered a repair service. Customer service promptly replied and kindly offered to replace our broken screen at no charge.

Customer Service showed that they cared about the customer and their product.

I originally purchased a iScan IDS002 portable scanner a few years ago through Amazon, on 19.02.2021 in fact. I used the item a few times after purchase for a particular project, then stored it away. A week or so ago I needed to use it again, but for some unknown reason - I think the internal battery was unable to hold charge - it failed to turn on, so I couldn't use it. I decided to contact Munbyn to see if I could get some technical advice on what the problem might be. Long story short - Munbyn have told me they will send a replacement scanner to me for free, even though the faulty one is way out of the warranty period. How good is that?! Absolutely outstanding customer service!
