Great place to buy a car
I have been dealing with garages for about 60 years, but Luscombe,s Leeds provided the best service i have ever received.The service from the sales staff was superb. Stuart Ryman was excellent in every way. The car arrived as promised, delivered by two very polite gentlemen, it was 100% what we expected.

Stuart made the whole experience as easy as possible and always answered any questions we had about the car. A great touch was sending my daughter a video of her new car the night before we collected it. Patryck handed the vehicle over to her on the day, another helpful member of staff.

The second time buying a car from Luscombe and what a easy process it was. From initially calling up about a car we'd seen online, Stuart was very helpful on the phone and was happy for us to visit that day to view the car. The whole experience was easy and stress free. Just bought my third Suzuki from Luscombe's and happy to say that their outstanding customer service continues to impress.Luscombe's may not be the biggest car dealership in Leeds but its certainly one of the friendliest with a great vibe as soon as you walk in. The actual process of buying the car was very professional - no pushy sales guys, just staff who were happy to let the cars do the selling. In particular thanks to sales manager Simon Price and Jacob Sheridan who were both extremely helpful in putting the purchase together. Jacob, in particular as my main contact, was brilliant - a genuinely nice guy, very professional and engaging and very contactable by phone and email throughout the process. Well done again to the Luscombe team

Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently as far as my purchase was concerned. I had the possibility of a trade-in at reasonable terms although I chose to sell privately in the end. Full marks to Nadeem, my contact at the garage; his attention to detail and politeness were all you could wish for. I feel that the door is very open should I need to get back to them with queries.

Everyone of staff were so helpful, spoke with Nadeem who we have dealt with before at Ringways in Leeds, we asked about a MG 4 electric, he took us out in 2 different cars and explained the everything to us , initially we decided on a white MG4 but later changed our mind and are keeping our own car. This wasn’t a problem for them and they cancelled our order. Everything was first class, would recommend them to anyone

Luscombe have been incredibly helpful and informative throughout the process of buying my first car.
Andy has been in frequent contact, sending personalised videos to show the vehicle and respond to my questions. He helped show me how everything works and patiently talked me through the different finance options. I felt informed and confident in the car that I was purchasing. I was never rushed or pressured.
Overall it made what was a confusing process incredibly simple. I know the car I've bought has been looked after and I'll definitely be back for helping maintain it in the future.

Very professional operation - recommended
Very professional operation, within a week we had agreed our part exchange and travelled down from Scotland to collect our car. The whole process was very smooth and we were impressed with Luscombe’s customer portal and all the communications we had with Luscombe’s. Special thanks to Andy Jordan for managing the whole process seamlessly. The car was very well presented and Andy had also dealt with a small interior trim mark that I had noticed.
