Suspended Ceiling Shop Reviews 

When i moved into my house we had a small leak due to an undone pipe which caused a stain on a few of the ceiling tiles in our kitchen. When investigating to try to get a few replacement tiles the reference on the back of the existing tiles were an old batch that nolonger came under that reference. I sent a short e-mail and got a speedy and helpful response which resulted in us getting exactly what we needed. The only small reservation i had was the packaging - the box was only around the edge and not on the top or bottom of the tiles and therefore the top and bottom tiles were slightly damaged but apart from that excellent service.

Some of the tiles arrived damaged- the company was excellent at keeping me informed of the resolution!

The website was very easy to understand, the prices were very reasonable and the service was very good.

Ok I needed to replace some tiles the other year, 2011, so i trawled the internet and found the Suspended Ceiling Shop. Ordered enough tiles to do the job, great, fantastic, quick to order easy to pay and very quick delivery (very well wrapped too) Now we have decided to redo the other room tiles so i just counted how many i needed - ordered them on Monday 4th Feb 2013 they were delivered on Wednesday 6th Feb 2013 and I am just about to go and sling them up (very easy to do).

Can't fault the service at all - the company identified the ceiling tile from an emailed description and blurry photograph I submitted, sent out samples to check, then dispatched the replacement tiles quickly once the product was confirmed. Fantastic service, would recommend.

Suspended ceiling shop had exactly the right tiles we needed, at very reasonable cost. We ordered them and they were delivered within 3 days! Couldn't have asked for more really!

Yeah they had just what we needed at a great price! A couple of days later it was here and fitted. They are the people to use if you need any thing for your suspended ceiling!

The service from ceiling shop was very good. My only reservation is that the box the tiles come in doesn't have a top and bottom to it - that is ok if you intend to use all the tiles at one go but I wanted to use the tiles over a period of time as replacements - now they are now starting to get damaged!
