Katastrophaler Service

Katastrophaler Service. Haben über zwei Wochen! hinweg, Mitteilungen an drei verschiedene Email Adressen und auf drei verschiedenen Rufnummern von Ansprechpartnern, versucht jemand zu erreichen. Keine Chance....bei Survival UN....
Angebliche Buchungsbestätigungen wurden wegen eines Tippfehlers des Bearbeiters an eine falsche Emailadresse gesendet.
Wir haben somit nie etwas erhalten. 1 Tag vor Kursbeginn wurden wir "glücklicherweise" per SMS aufgeklärt. Für ein Telefonat war sich M. Lehner zu schade. Rückrufe werden konsequent an eine Mailbox weitergeleitet die scheinbar niemand abhört bzw. sich niemand die Mühe macht die Kunden zurück zu rufen.

Die Webseite ist sehr unübersichtlich gestaltet. Informationsbeschaffung fällt dadurch schwer. Teilweise Widersprüchliche Aussagen enthalten.

Bei Survival UN beginnt der Überlebenskampf bereits bei der Buchung. Wer zudem noch einen Service erwartet überlebt den Kampf nicht...

Sorry, es hätte ein schönes Erlebnis für mich und meine Partnerin werden sollen. Dass der Ausflug ein Geburtstagsgeschenk war, macht die Sache nur noch trauriger.
