Hi, Bradley Newman has been helping me with the funded live account, in this case the resoult was that i need to close all the trades before the pay out. Also I gave my feedback to the managing team in order to include all the tradable assets of the great broker Think Markets. So I hope one day it could works. Thanks Surge Trader Team.

I have tried many prop firms and found Surge Trader to be the best one by far!!! The trading parameters are excellent and the support is top notch!!! I had an issue today and Brad Newman from Surge Trader support took care of my issue right away, and was efficient, professional and friendly.

The customer service agent, Dan, was extremely prompt and thorough, and fully available even on the weekend on off hours when the market is closed, very impressive, by far the best I've encountered for customer service from prop firms.

I will likely eventually leave other reviews along the process of trying a challenge account and a live funded account, but so far, based from the information I researched, they met all the most important requirements for me on paper:

1.) sufficiently high enough leverage,
2.) no contract limits,
3.) no time limit,
4.) allowance of swing trading through news and for holding over the weekend,
5.) minimum $500k starting size account for the 2-phase plan,
6.) acceptance of business accounts such as S-Corp or LLC,
7.) acceptance of US-based traders.

However, the only limitation, which is not a factor currently, is that there is not an option of scaling of account size beyond the $1,000,000 1-Phase plan, unlike some other prop firms that allow scaling to $4,000,000; however, when that actually does become a real issue for me, then it will be a quality problem to have, so I can't really complain now.

Therefore, so far, from what I do know, I'm giving SurgeTrader 5 stars.

These guys are the real deal. Customer service is A1 and they actually resolve issues. Trading is hard enough without worrying about the validity of your firm. I can be wrong, but I believe they are legit. I will post again after my first withdrawal. Good luck traders!

This prop firm is a piece of sh%t! I bought a lightning challenge of $10,000 so far so good, but when I started trading the traders were not executed, I operated with limit orders with Stop Loss established only risking 1% and the orders were not executed when the price came to touch them, I tried try 0.5% and neither. And this is clear, because for this challenge you have to make 5% to be able to pass the test in a limit of 7 days, so they will not make it easy for the trader. This is a trash company that the only thing they are after is your money. CAREFUL!

Brad Newsome was great. He broke down the trailing drawdown and it really made perfect sense! I know one thing, if there is anyone at Surge who deserves a raise, Brad Newsome better be at the top of that list !

This is to report an excellent experience with Surge Trader customer support. I was unable to access the Demo trading platform and sent an email reporting the problem to support. Within 4 minutes, I received a reply from customer support specialist Nick Ramsey, who immediately went to work. Nick stayed on the problem while we exchanged a couple more emails as he provided a work around solution over the next 15 minutes. Nick was timely, efficient, friendly and thorough with good communication skills.

Just qualified my account and received live account credentials within minutes. Great service.

They are a scam please don't go for it. They stopped me before my maximum limit. The last day I lost $160 on $25k account. In theory Had 350 more to lose but they stopped me anyway.
