Sadly I haven’t had a good experience with this company , I’ve used them before whilst the quality of the bags is good their customer care is shocking to the extent of ignoring emails .

We contacted Supreme Creations as we were looking to create ethical, high-quality tote bags to use as merchandise for a launch event.

The team went above and beyond to ensure our design could be created and the bags could be delivered on time for the event despite a short deadline. The bags were simply amazing – very high quality, sturdy and well done - and our guests loved them.

Found Supreme on the internet after our previous supplier pulled out of producing the small (relatively speaking) order numbers we need.

They were brilliant in helping us get the design right and in explaining the process. Everything is made in India and so travel time does add time into the process. There is the option to transport by air but we didn't take that up.

I also like that everything is ethically sourced with a properly paid workforce.

Basically, if you want jute bags for your business, ethically sourced and well made, these are you team.

I had to create an account just to "review" Supreme Creations

I placed an order in November of branded velvet bags and said I would only commit if they arrived on time. They said they would and were quick to answer all my queries and taking payment. I emailed Supreme Creations a few weeks before the delivery was due and was told that a storm had hit the manufacturers and my order would not be with me at least until two weeks after the due date. After a bit of back and forth I asked them to cancel my order, since the production had not started. I was given an email address to request the cancellation and that request was met with total silence despite repeated attempts to get an answer. No bags or refund.

A few weeks back I got an email from someone at Supreme Creations which read suspiciously like a phishing scam with links attached to them.

"Dear abaiao,

Good morning, I trust this email finds you well.

Please find the attached Order for your information.

Will keep you informed accordingly."

I emailed them to ask what those emails were about and got silence again. Until today when I got this:

"Dear Mr/Mrs abaiao,

you know most of the answers as asked below, please take your onward action and review our attached file .

Sorry for the inconveniences "

Supreme Creations are without a doubt one of the best companies we work with. Enthusiastic, polite and professional at all times. They have a great team who action queries very quickly. Most importantly their commitment to sustainability, opportunity & inclusion (in all areas) make them perfect partners.

BagsOfEthics reusable face mask. This is an awful face mask. Small, and you have to thread through the cord/string yourself so can’t just put it straight on, you have to flaff about with it. Waste of money. I was so p****** off with it i binned it. The bag was just a waste of fabric too. Don’t waste your money there are better fabric face masks out there.

Great service - worked on a large order at short notice and no compromise on quality!

Supreme creations/ bag of ethics are amazing to work with. They not only make sure the ordering process is stress free but they make sure that we receive our order in quick time. The team is always a pleasure to work with and we will continue to use them for all our bags going forward.

The face masks are dreadful.
The design is terrible they gape open at both sides which is totally wrong, they should be tighter.
The material is stiff, it doesn’t mould to your face.
What a complete waste of money.
I emailed the company for advise 3 times but was ignored.

Great products and fantastic service. I recently purchased x200 natural tote bags customised with our logo for use in our retail shop. Was pleased that the process was thorough and everyone was very efficient in responding to me and setting things up.

Product arrived when I was told it would and the bags are a great quality product that I am very please to be able to offer customers.

We used Supreme creations for our merch - mugs and tea towels. They are an ethical brand and our order was dealt with brilliantly. The team gave really great technical help when we had trouble with design and provided an overall lovely service! We will definitely be using them again in the future.

From the very first enquiry to delivery, Supreme Creations were an absolute dream to work with. They personally delivered samples as we were under tight time pressure to make a decision and pulled out all the stops to produce a quality product at an affordable price. The photo from the factory making the bags was a lovely touch too. Jack, Natalia just fantastic. Highly recommended and will definitely be back.

Order was not received after eight days and, having read numerous poor reviews about non delivery and
problems with refunds, I telephoned Supreme Creations to find out what was happening about my order.
The person I spoke with was both polite and apologetic. She informed me my masks would be despatched that day and be with me the following day, the carrier being APC Overnight.
I’m very pleased to report that my masks did arrive as promised. Thank you.

We have done two runs of custom facemasks with Supreme Creations / Bag of Ethics and they were really helpful throughout.
Proofs were sent through promptly and any adjustments were done correctly.
The quality of the facemasks is great - we spent ages looking for a sustainable supplier and were really happy to find Supreme Creations.
Delivery was on time with both orders, and communication around the delivery date was clear.

I can only add to the many many people who have not received their order. I ordered in October and have not received any masks. I have contacted them lots of times and each time they tell me that they have sent replacement masks. None received. Blamed delays with royal mail and overnight courier. I've not had any problems with any other online purchases. Really shocking. No ethics here as far as I can see. No offers of refunds either.

Excellent service, fantastic quality. Could not have found the assistance provided by the Supreme Creations agent any better. A competitive quote, samples provided, wonderful quality goods working with a sustainable and ethical provider. Patient and helpful in the proofing process, suggesting economies of scale etc., Quick turn around, even though produced in India! Can't fault them!

A pleasure to work with, everything we receive is of the best quality with excellent service and speed.

I reviewed this company earlier when the masks I ordered did not come and their emails were unhelpful
I had a reply to that review explaining the problems they were having and offering me a refund and to keep the masks when they finally arrived. Masks have not come but refund arrived yesterday really as quickly as it possibly could have done. Once they realised they had a significant problem they acted promptly.

Since writing my earlier review the masks were delivered mid afternoon. To be fair the postmark is the 19th so the lady I spoke to on the phone was true to her word and obv did send them out a second time. Thank you to her. Order number is 34253

Earlier review ....Not Sure why my review is of Supreme Creations? I ordered face masks from Bags of Ethics, which is what was reviewed and recommended by Which. This is my story ‘’Placed order at end of October following the reviews given by Which. Received an email confirming order placed and then another confirming order despatched on the 31st of October. When I hadn’t received anything by mid November I sent an email to them to check, no response. Sent a further email, no response. Last week I called them, lovely lady answered and took order details, blamed Royal Mail, apologised and said order would be resent that very day and be with me in 48 hours.... she was so nice I believed her!! Another week has passed and still nothing.
